Recently had need for a roof replacement, contacted Kyle who was professional, prompt and courteous. The estimate was fair and reasonable. The installation crew was equally prompt and very capable,, they completed the work in a timely manner and left a clean attractive roof,. Well done..

We had a roof installed over our wooden front porch and when it was discovered that what we thought and actually told George was securing our existing porch wasn’t correct he told us that “It’s the right thing to do” to rectify it. They did the whole project right and you would be right to contact them for any of their services. George was totally up front with us and didn’t provide any promises that could not be honoured. The finished product looks like it is part of the original home and not something added later as care was taken to ensure that everything matched, such as the roof tiles and the colour of the siding. We could not be more pleased that Marlad was the company we went with.The workmanship provided by Matt and Don was professional and they were extremely helpful and informative throughout the project.Unsolicited comments from our neighbours, friends and family have all been nothing short of amazing.

We called Marlad and several other companies after a windstorm in Dec 21. Marlad was first to respond and patched our roof within 24 hours. We knew we needed a new roof and agreed to a quote for work to start in the spring. Sadly, 6 days later another storm caused more damage. Marlad came again and wrapped our roof in an adhesive rubber sheet that would hold up until replacement. They didn’t charge us for the second repair since we’d already agreed on replacing the roof in the spring.As spring approached we were contacted about finalizing the quote, picking colour and flashing etc. After some back and forth we agreed on the final details and amount and work commenced. We have a larger-than-average house and the full job was done in one day. That included a new skylight and roof vents.The next day some guys came and did a deeper cleanup of the property.When we received our final invoice we were pleasantly shocked that the cost was slightly lower than the quote (they’d gotten a better price on a skylight and passed that savings on to me. They could have said nothing and pocketed the extra $$$)Fantastic service and professional crew.Highly recommend.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of these guys. I recently had my soffits, fascia and eavestrough done. They did a wonderful job. I have just contacted them again to replace my entrance doors. Great company. Will definitely use them for my home Reno's in the future.
