I purchased a mattress from this company less than a year ago. I paid CAD 1200 for an extra firm thick 30cm height memory foam mattress. In less than a year, the product is completely deformed and my lower back is killing me. This is the first time in my life a mattress lasts less than a year. Needless to say I won't buy from this company again. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I had a very good purchasing experience. Mr. ertan answered my questions kindly and patiently. Thank you very much for helping me get the products I need after my long searches.

Worst Customer Service. I bought a mattress from SleepCountry. The mattress was broken, they neither exchanged it nor allowed me to claim the warranty. They don't have any understanding of customer comfort. And also they don't have any proper organizational structure. Please Please don't buy from here they never honour any of their commitments. You will lose money.

I went Sleep Country to see my options for Duvet covers. Sales Rep Ertan gave me a lot information about Duvets and some other sleep products. I ended up buying pillows, duvets, duvet cover and pillow protector. Ertan was very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely visit this store if I need any sleep products in future. I higly recommend Ertan’s service to everyone. He is not oppresive salesperson and so patient. Thank you for great products and service.

Buying a $2000 mattres from this store was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life.Ertan Y. Sold us a brand new" mattress and after waiting few days this is what we got (see attached pictures)The Mattress wasn't just burned but also stinks really bad. In addition to that when we called they said that a "new one" will be delivered on Thursday (today) then they said that the delivery day would be on Saturday and then next week and if we wanted to get a refund as a penalty we will lose $1000 which I think was unreal to hear."

Don’t buy from sleep country, the spring rising above the mattress surface level and the warranty didn’t cover that

I had a great experience at this store. Mr. Rifaq was extremely knowledgeable about what type of beds I may need. He was also great with organizing my delivery and for keeping me in the loop. Thank you very much.

I want to preface this by saying that I do not have any complaints whatsoever towards the people working at this location. They were extremely friendly and helpful (especially Shakeel) with helping me to purchase my mattress and platform, which was my first time doing so. I felt extremely comfortable at this location and 100% recommend anyone to go here.However, due to miscommunication and misunderstanding, I ended up buying a mattress that was several inches shorter than what I want. Now, exchanging the mattress itself is not an issue— exchanging the platform is because it seems that is company policy, which quite frankly does not make sense to me. I called Customer Service over 3 weeks ago for the first time to discuss potentially exchanging my platform and was told that I would receive a response in a matter of days. Since then, I have called, waited on hold and left voice messages with Customer Service and have not received any form of acknowledgment. My sleep is disturbed because of the discomfort of having a shorter mattress and the knowledge that Customer Service isn’t doing its job is very disheartening.

Will highly recommend to visit this location to buy a mattress and everything else without any pressure, the sales person was very knowledgeable and patient throughout our buying experience and provided us the best advice in finding the right mattress, we love our king size mattress, best purchase ever!!
