Let'sGo Campers

The van (Bumble Wasp) and the whole experience with renting/contact with Let'sGo Campers was simply great. We found it really nice that we were in direct contact with Cam before, during and after in case something went wrong. Also we could return the van a bit later too which really helped with our travel plans. All facilities in the van were there and worked just fine.We knew we were driving an old van and the van did what it needed to do. Of course we had to get used to how some of the functionalities work, but that was also part of the whole experience.So if you are looking for the authentic camper van experience, I'd highly recommend Let'sGo.

We had a great trip , 10 nights. The van was comfortable and easy to drive, a bit different feel than modern cars. Communication was great before, during and after our trip. Would do again any time!

We had an amazing time on the island driving around in ‘Seymore’. Owner was super lovely and helpful throughout. He was flexible with pick up and drop off times which we appreciated. The van is quite vintage and rugged (cool vibe, but not in perfect condition) and did struggle a little when going up hills - especially on dirt/gravel (so allow extra time when travelling). Overall really good experience with this company

Awesome experience. Cam was friendly, accommodating, communicated well and even threw in some extras and had lots of great advice on places to take the van. These older vans have some quirks, don't expect a brand new flawless vehicle - but ours ran great and you can take them anywhere!

We rented this great van during 2 weeks this summer. We have driven around all the smaller islands and we had a very amazing time. We liked the painting of the van, not loud, doesn't say tourist, just regular and fun.Some people have asked us about it. We really enjoyed our road trip. Luke was helpful.

Gorgeous Camper - so cool. But not only good looking, but the staff made it comfortable, thoughtfully equipped. Nothing left for cooking and living.

Amazing experience to get to meet the real places of Vancouver Island. Getting the camper at the ferry was wonderful and the pickup was very easy to communicate and link up, just a text away! September is the time to take a van road trip btw, still warm and everyone we met kept on telling us how much more packed vancouver island was just a couple weeks before.Get a look at the map book, there are a bunch of campsite places that are pretty developed but only locals seem to know them. We went out for 7 days and did the Tofino / Strathcona thing, protip...thats a 10-12 day tripThere are other companies that do this, but Lets go campers were pretty chill about us going on gravel logging roads, and after youve done tofino...thats where its at!!Customer service is a 10/10. I can't wait to do it again someday!!! 100% recommended.

We enjoyed the use of the truck with a tent on top for one week. Went went to Ralph River Campground in Strathcona Park, Elk Falls Provincial Park and up to San Josef Bay up in Cape Scott Provincial Park with the truck. It was great to be in a 4WD vehicle, rather than in our tiny car. Cam was great to deal with. For the price of the rental, don`t expect a brand new vehicle with all the bells and features. These are reasonably priced rentals in reasonably well condition, and more than adequate to handle highway driving and forest service roads. We will consider renting from LetsGo Campers again when we need a truck and tent combo.

Purdy was the real life old van dream I always had. Such a wonder to travel in an authentic véhicule while feeling safe....She drives so good! A sweet travelling companion was Purdy and I will always reminisce how lovely and full of personality she was. I was very impressed at how prepared Let's go Campers was regarding amenities; stoves, utensils, cast iron pans, mugs... everything I needed and more. I truly doubt there's a better van rental out here. Would recommend to anyone who wants to adventure the vintage way. A nice much needed change from everyday modern life. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We had a great time on Vancouver Island and Salt Spring. These campers are well-equipped with everything we needed and more! Lots of Practical things, it shows that they actually put thought into the setup and are campers too.The van was very clean upon arrival and the guys were easy to work with. I always got reasonably quick responses when I reached out. We plan on coming back to Vancouver island and won’t hesitate to book again. We got lots of compliments on the van too. :)
