TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This investment problem started in January of 2015 with my parents account. With some advise from a branch manager my parents trusted the investment advisor. The market crashed off course during this time but I did not have power attorney until too late. Partly my parents fault but also the investment advisor named Mr. S. Ho invested the money with his counterpart. What a messy stock portfolio purchase of stocks. There is no rationality to the their picks in my belief. Eventually, I took thes accounts back to our family control. Their stock picks were way out of line and now have to fix a messy stock portfolio. All this time in 9 months, large sum of money was in a standard interest account, the advisor did not put this amount in account to earn a 1/2 percent higher. Also, the Investment advisors did not have any stops on any stocks. All the investment advisor said was sorry for the situation

literally the worst customer service ever. been a customer for over two years and will be closing my accounts asap. just trying to change a simple thing, i had to go there 3 times just to find out it’s not even done properly a few days later. safe to say i will be switching banks asap and i do not recommend anyone opening accounts here if you value efficiency when it comes to troubleshooting.

Customer service has no clue what they are doing, extremely frustrating and unhelpful. I arrive at the customer service desk and she is sending me link to apply online?? like I came to bank for a reason, if I wanted to do things online why would I waste my time coming here. I would not recommend going here and wasting your time. I left the bank unsatisfied and closed my bank account. Open your bank accounts with scotia or either Cibc much better.

I would like to complain about Akiko Tominaga. She provided terrible customer service, and terrible, unprofessional attitude. When I went to ask her information, she was extremely misleading - told me to go wait in line and speak to teller. I wait 20 minutes for the teller to tell me this cannot be done at a branch and needs to be solved through the phone. I believe Akiko Tominaga does not qualify to be at the information desk, she does not qualify for her job. She also has no manners, no professionalism. She should be fired. And if she is not fired, I am very positive she will ruin your TD branch reputation with her nasty attitude and misleading clients. I will not come back again, ever.

Stole $150 from me. How can I trust my money to the bank that is STEALING the customers money? The ATM at this branch gave me 150 less than the amount that it supposed to be. After I spent hours on phone with TD and in the line at this brunch, TD is saying that there was no error in the ATM I will not receive my money back. Going to close all my TD cards right now. Stay away.

Amazing customer service experience, Mikheal was kind, attentive and extremely professional. Very happy to have gone to this location for the services I was seeking. I entered overwhelmed and left secure and relieved. Outstanding service. Thank you Mikheal! :)

Worst customer service ever. Got my account blocked for no reason, went to a branch and got told that this could be solved only by phone. Call to the number and they tell me that I have to call to an specific number that they only provide on the branch. Two freaking days and my account is still blocked. These guys play with customer’s money and time. Disrespectful.

It is a bank and beyond the usual services offered there is nothing special about TD, but at this branch they offer a very comfortable sitting area that is quiet and an escape from the mall and people of downtown. There’s water available too! You can people watch from inside.

Aaron Golf The manager of the main branch of td in Vancouver, never gave any extra service and always strict like I work for him, therefore I am going to cancel my account tomorrow, after 5 years.No extra service like other banks no need to stay. Unfortunately even being a long time client i get a much worse conversation rate than I would get in a dedicated exchange, which can mean a lot of money lost. Workers there are nice and helpful tho.
