If you go to this brick ask for Dario! I’ve gone to this brick numerous times and he was the one salesman that provided the best service ! Speaks English and French which was amazing! Some other salesman there we spoke with on different occasions seemed like they didn’t take us serious and didn’t want to help or like we were bothering them when they were just sitting down talking with other co workers!! Me and my significant other have maybe gone to the store 8 times during our moving process and the two times we went and dealt with Dario was exceptional client experience! The first times we went the service was so poor we ended up purchasing our stuff online fridge stove and dishwasher. We accidentally took a fridge that was too big. So we had to go in store and Dario made the exchange seamless. Due to the great service we had we decided to go back and see him again for our washer and dryer got a great deal, he explains everything perfect and doesn’t pressure us into buying anything.

The people in the store were very receptive to our needs and our budget. I'm used to getting pushy salespeople from furniture store, but not there. From just looking around, to getting a deal that fitted our budget and and taste, everything was easy, we did not feel pressured, had plenty of time to think things through and worked with them to arrange delivery which was flawless. Will go back someday, love our new living room!

Biggest garbage!!! Sold me a 5 year warranty on my sofa. After 3 months both parts of the sofa broke. Here we are a year later and my sofa is still like that!! Promised over 6 times to come repair it ,and yet nothing! And also told us they will replace it. Guys take my advice the Brick is beyond garbage. Just take your money and set it on fire. At least you’ll get something out of it.

Purchased a washer that was in stock on the site, 3 days later I get an email, not even a call telling me my product is back order for about 3 to 4 weeks. Why say you have stock if you do not. Very disapointed withThe Brick. This is not the first time it happens. I would NEVER recommend The Brick to anyone. Buy your stuff elsewhere. Price are pretty much the same everywhere.

We bought a stove and a washer and dryer. The dryer was bought from one of there floor models that’s was returned. When we received the first one it didn’t work. We called and they wanted to charge us more for an other dryer because the profit was not the same even if it was there mistake. When we received the second one it also didn’t work. My wife went to see the manager Anne. I was put on speaker phone in front of everyone ( very unprofessionnel) while the manager walked around with my wife in the store and me on speaker phone. Finally we came to an agreement. Then I received a call that my dryer which was already paid for would not be delivered until I paid the washer which was supposed to be deliver at a different date.keep in mind that by that time my family and I had been 2 weeks without a dryer. I was given 15 minutes to come pay before 5pm. On Monday they called me to tell me again to come pay which I did. They then told me they don’t deliver on Wednesday but then told be they do ( liars) and that I had not paid so now it would be Thursday!! 3 weeks later we finally got a functional dryer and yes the washer came on Saturday. I felt that the team at the store was bot sensitive to our situation. I was even told well you can wash you just can’t dry! What’s the big deal.. I don’t understand why they don’t test there machines before selling. This company Brick is off our shopping list! Dario the sales person was great and patient.

Great experience with Samir & Nadir. They were not pushy, completely understood our needs and wants. Also helped us with extras.Brick lachenaie ask for them !
