Laurie never disappoints! I've been dealing with them since 2015 or so. From regular bouquet of flowers, to special Valentine occasion, to even my wedding. She delivers! Phenomenal service and excellent quality!

I recently moved to Edmonton from BC, sent my lovely sis in law a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her birthday! I didn’t have to talk to anyone, it was so convenient! I just chose the bouquet and balloon online, so quick, easy and hassle free. She loved the bouquet, I’m beyond thrilled and worth every penny!

Outstanding customer service and beautiful arrangement. There was a minor mix up with the initial delivery, but it was the heartfelt and genuine way they dealt with it that really impressed me. The bouquet was upgraded as a good will gesture, hand delivered same day, and I was personally updated along the process with a photo of the arrangement

My daughter and her husband used this company for their wedding. They were provided with the most beautiful bouquet and archway. The owners came out and hand delivered everything and set up the archway before the ceremony it was one of the best experiences. Everybody at the wedding commented on how amazing the flowers were. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future!

The Heart Company has enabled me to send my GF flowers quickly, affordable and easily. Very friendly people here and work with you to suit your personal needs. My GF has been very happy with the last 3 bouquets and I am currently ordering another :)

I have ordered from countless local floral shops across the lower mainland, but I think I've finally found my GO-TO local floral shop. My sister had recommended the Heart Company after using their floral service multiple times and being so pleased with every order.I'm super impressed by the Heart Company for their excellent customer service, great communication, and fresh floral selection and arrangements. I ordered flowers to surprise my friend for her birthday, and she LOVES how fresh the flowers are and the perfect color arrangement.Despite a major network outage across the country today, Laurie from the Heart Company kept me fully in the loop on my flower delivery via email updates. I couldn't even call out or accept a call due to the outage. I can't imagine how stressful today might have been for Laurie and her team, but she continued to deliver excellent service.I just placed a new order for another friend’s birthday next week, and I plan to order all my future flowers from the Heart Company.Many thanks again, Laurie and the Heart Company!

Highly recommended!For such a busy day on Valentine's Day Laurie kept me updated on when the flowers were available for pickup and in the end offered delivery as an option.The premium flower option had no photos when I was looking on the website but I (and, my partner more importantly) could not be more impressed when they arrived!We'll be back again.

Great experience! I used this florist to send flowers to a funeral, and they delivered a nice arrangement at a very reasonable cost with free delivery. They even texted me a photo of what they delivered and included size dimensions (larger than I expected). Highly recommend.
