We ordered feather down cushions and it was like a textbook example of best business practices. They promptly answer calls (!), easy online steps, within hours order was packed and shipping notice sent, it arrived next day and pillows were exactly as expected. Just...wow.

I'm a huge fan of Tonic Living! Gorgeous cushions, high quality fabric, reasonable prices; great service - what's not to like! I love that you can order fabric samples to get a good feel for the exact colour and texture of fabric. I won't be hesitating to shop online again, in fact, I'm going to go on their website right now as I need" some new Euro Shams - not sure yet if they have that size - I hope so!"

Exceptional customer service and quality fabric and pillows.I used their design service to help me find some fabric for my dining chairs and pillows for the couch. The level of service provided by one of their designers, Jenna, was beyond anything I could have imagined. Jenna took the time to discuss my vision for the space, sent me some ideas and helped me narrow down some fabric and pillow choices based on my taste. And finally, creating a mood board to show me how everything would look. I ordered my pillows and delivery to Ottawa took 1 day (xpresspost). I will be recommending this store to everyone!

Absolutely the BEST pillows on the market. The new styles every season are always on trend and easy to layer. The quality of the fabric lasts for years and are always a family and guest favorite. After discovering Tonic Living, there's no need to look for any other pillows or brands, they are the end all be all best!

After my (incredible) designer had picked some pillows for me, I felt like we needed a little tweak to the grouping. Jenna helped me find the perfect ones. She sent me virtual mock-ups of different groupings of pillows on a photo of my couch and then we made final selections. She was very patient, as I’m very indecisive. I was able to order fabric samples to pet-fur test them. I absolutely LOVE what we ended up with. I notice, after much searching, that lots of pillows in similar or the same fabrics on Etsy are only single sided with white on the back. Tonic Living makes them with the chosen fabric front and back, so they look great from all angles and should wear much better with the ability to flip them back and fourth. Highly recommend.

I have followed Tonic for a number of years. Eastern Canada is a long way to shop for a SoCal person. And returning 26 pillows is - a lot. That all said

I am such a huge fan of Tonic Living; I love the selection and quality of the fabrics, the customer service and the website. Since leaving Toronto a few years ago, I have taken advantage of ordering samples from its site and buying the fabric online. So convenient.I have made a lot of cushions using both the fabric and inserts, and have recently gotten into upholstering too. I just finished making a bench using Reflect Cotton and reupholstering an ottoman with Orson Velvet.Next up: reupholstering a love seat and an arm chair. You can bet I'll buy the fabric at Tonic Living. Hope you never go out of business!

Great experience. The complimentary assistance available to help select our pillows with Jenna (the Design Help program) was greatly appreciated. Our pillows arrived quickly and we love them. The quality is evident -- we appreciate that the pillows are the same material both on front and back.
