Enjoyed really nice Chevy Impala. The car was very good. I booked it from Saturday 9 AM to Sunday 9 AM.I was hoping charge of one day but representative said as we open on Sunday at 12 we will charge you for 2 days irrespective of at what time you return. When i clearly told that i already had discussion on call and it was agreed for 1 day charge then he changed his mind and charged just for one day.

I rented a truck (chevrolet silverado 1500) for an urgent need from this place. Their customer agents were very friendly and helpful. They delivered the truck to my place and gave me ride after I returned it. I strongly recommend them.

If you are renting elsewhere, you are doing it wrong.Best rental experience hands down. Jordan offers great customer service. I am going to make this my 1st choice for rentals from now on. Give them a try. They've always had a truck when we needed it.
