i honestly don't know why there's a sprinkle of negative reviews, i go to this place all the time, mornings and evenings. my partner and i just visited this evening, the service and options of snacks plus ice cream is amazing. i always recommend this place ❤️

The ice cream is good but it’s super disappointing to check a stores hours online, make the drive out just to find out the store closed early from a note on the door. Would have been nice to know they were closing early through a social media post or something. Rating two stars after seeing staff turning the lights off because people were standing at the door, only to turn them back on when the people walked away. Didn’t make for a good impression.Edit: Store commented saying there was a Facebook post I missed. I’ll edit the review to a 3 star for me missing that post. Still upset by the staff turning the lights off and ignoring the group of people outside.

Holy cow!!! The scoops here are on another level. The “smallest” scoop is the size of a basketball. Amazing portion for the price point. Highly recommend!

I recently visited this location to finally try after hearing how great the ice cream is, which it was but the customer service I received was unbelievable. I walked in with my kids and we were trying to figure out what we wanted, no one behind so no risk of holding up the line, she asked if we were ready to order and I said not yet as we had just pulled up to the menu, and was given eye rolls I should've left at that point. First order was given on a cone and saw how big it was I realized my granddaughters ice cream would be better in a cup so asked if I can get it in a cup instead she stopped sighed and grabbed a cup and was thoroughly annoyed that I made the request. When I received my ice cream it was incorrect as I had order 2 flavors and one was incorrect but I didn't dare ask for it to be corrected. I reviewed the other comments because I thought there is no way that type of customer service happened to me and its not. This review is just my experience and I know this and the others won't be addressed as this is a family business and staff is probably family, that is the only reason I can see them feeling so comfortable with behaving like that towards customers for simply looking at the menu. Also they have plenty of customers so a few complaints is nothing to them, maybe I will try another location next summer!

I went to this store to get my grand children ice cream. My youngest grandchild had to use the restroom. He is 5.I was told that they do not allow outside people to use the facilities even though we were paying customers. I will not be attending this ride store and ride policies again. Now back to cleaning my cart.
