We needed a new mouse for our computer; the concierge at the Chateau de Frontenac recommended this store. Wonderful! The young man was very helpful and we are 'up and running'. The next day we returned, as we were walking by, to ask a question about a malfunctioning phone screen. Alexandre was super helpful; he immediately knew the problem and shared some additional helpful hints; we ended up leaving our phone there for a bit while we shopped in order for it to be charged. It is no wonder that the hotel recommended this store. Kudos to all who work there.!

Great place where you can find almost anything you need in electronics! They also deal phones for Bell and Virgin Mobile and have the best deals I've seen so far for new customers!

Went there for almost nothing ! Just try to get advice from them then check in a big box like Costco for price ! But you got it all here : competitive price , great offer and moreOn the top of it you have real professional ! Great help great serviceThey went far beyond my expectationsI went there for thanksgiving !! Sorry for the delay on my review

Range is not mind blowing but it is quite limited in size due to the restrictions of running a store in Quebec city. If it is small tech or accessories that you need quickly then this is the store in Quebec city for you.
