Disappointed that the goal seems to be sales. Was hoping to get more assistance with information on avenues to make it affordable on a low income, especially when the need is apparently urgent. I feel sad that a medical solution is so dependent on afforability.

My new CPAP was shutting down soon after I put the mask on. Mylene turned off a setting. (I had no interest in the feature.) The every thing worked fine. I do not know hos she figured it out. but I am pleased with the result.John Heaton

Sleep Therapeutics has been providing CPAP service & accessories since I was first diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I have been very happy with the services I have received at the Lynnwood Clinic - especially from Mylene who is very helpful, efficient & professional in all respects. Mylene is an example of what customer service should be about & she sets a very high standard in this area.

Very knowledgable, started with the sleep test, all the way through getting a CPAP machine. When I had concerns with my sleep mask, she was able to assist and try a new one to see if it can make a difference
