We just spent over 8 thousand with them and our environment is such that for safety sake we do a fire alarm test monthly. When they installed the system they failed to complete the job leaving part of our system, including being able to do tests, disconnected. They were supposed to then come back last week to fix this, but did not.They are going to have to be a lot more responsive...like COMPLETING the job... and customer-service oriented before they get a positive review from us

Highly unprofessional. When in a company vehicle, your employees passengers should not flip off vehicles after coming to a complete stop in the middle of a highway for no reason but to spite the vehicle stuck going 10 miles under the posted speed limit behind them.
