So when in this time there all this talk about support your local business's and prices are way up so i called too see how much too replace scratched screen !!! S8+ so he said $300 and 2 hours !!! so i went on amazon and got the parts for $17 and its a 5 minute job including gluing the new faceplate and back cover back on so i wouldn't spend a penny at this place there crooks .

Small businesses need service fast; because IT is all about SERVICE...Sufyan has always done great, helpful work and has done it quickly as he knows we need the means to provide for our clients. He also is a great resource to some of us older dinosaurs...keep up the good work and thank you

This is the place to take your phone if you have a broken screen.I didn't know that you could even have a phone screen fixed. When I broke my screen, I thought that I would have to buy a new Iphone.I was thrilled to find this place and even more thrilled that they fixed it so fast and so perfectly.You can't even tell the screen was ever broken. It looks like a new phone!Excellent service. I left my phone there for two hours and it was just like new!HIGHLY recommend!!

Pen Hi-Tech has helped me out a few times as I tend to find many ways to damage my phone. Each time I have gone there I have been impressed with how quickly they are able to assist me with fixing my device. They are easy to talk to, inform you about other issues with your device without pressuring you to fix and the prices are very reasonable for this day and age. My experiences there have been excellent!

I am so happy I found this place. After weighing the options to upgrade my old dying laptop I bought a new one and had the guys mirror my old computer onto the new one as well as expand the RAM to 16g. Not a simple task. They patiently answered all my questions which were many. will highly recommend this business to anyone.

Updated review: After Pen Hi-tech responded to my review I called as requested. Spoke with Ali who offered to replace battery. Dealing with Ali was a much better experience than who I had previously dealt with. I have a different battery and I am satisfied. When I replace my TabA battery I will go back to PHT. I would recommend this business.Went back a week after getting new battery installed because there was no difference in my Note 9's old battery. Was told he couldn't help me because I could have done anything to it in a week. Then he said I have a custom rom that was draining my battery. I don't. My device is not rooted. I do however have a custom launcher. I have used Nova launcher for years and aware of its battery use. Usually 3-4%. My phone is never left to overcharge. I take very good care of it.So when I went home I installed and ran Accubattery. The result showed new battery capacity at 2,657 mAh or 66%. Actual design capacity 4,000. So, my apps weren't draining my battery. For 66% my battery actually lasts quite long. I believe I paid for an old battery or some cheap knock off. So unless you have $100 to throw away go somewhere else in town.
