Purchased a Fuji spray system, never opened the box. Realized after the return date that I purchased the wrong one and needed a higher end system and contacted customer service to exchange and buy the higher priced unit. I was told that the warranty would not be good so they couldn’t sell it. I explained it had never been opened therefore that warranty would not have been registered. He told me when I purchased it it started then, I questioned how could that be possible if I never opened it therefore I never registered the item. He then told me if I would speak to Fuji and the warranty was good then they would do the exchange. I spoke to Fuji head office and they said the warranty wouldIn fact be good as long as I never opened the box or registered. Since that was the case I called back and the customer service rep proceeded to argue with me because it says on Fuji website two years from date of purchase. I said to him that Fuji would confirm with them that that was not the case and they felt there was no reason why they shouldn’t exchange for the other unit. I was beyond frustrated that he argued what the manufacturer was telling me and wanting to confirm with them! You’ve lost a customer and I will be buying the more expensive info elsewhere.On top of that what what other misinformation is this customer service rep giving to other customers.Poor customer service Busy Bee.

Horrible experience with Busy Bee Tools online purchase. Product failed 1 hr after install. Emailed and phoned, left message, with no call back. Eventually got ahold of a very sub par customer service rep on the 3rd attempt. Explained i want my money refunded when product is returned, she would not oblige and said it would have to be looked at for repairs.

Our community makerspace has had only positive experiences with BusyBee. The service desk folks are helpful and knowledgeable. We've equipped our shop with tools and it is nice to have a place for servicing. They even had a replacement motor for our very old, but still good, Craftex lathe. Good selection too.

My drill press vise broke a few months after I purchased it. They sent me a replacement within a week. Great folks to work with!

Staff are knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. I will definitely be back to purchase machines in the future.

I wasn't sure if my shop needed the Craftex CX425 air cleaner. But what a difference it has made. It has greatly reduced the amount of fine dust in the shop. Just look at the pre-filter, it was green just 2 months ago. There is also a fabric filter behind that. The timer feature is great. After I finish working in the shop, I set the timer for a hour to clean all the dust in the air.

I purchased a thickness planer from the garage sale that just passed. The planer feed rollers were not engaging. I took it in and they took care of it. They found and fixed the problem very quickly. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Excellent, professional smooth service. Thank you!

I ordered a Kreg track saw that was unfortunately on backorder. However, busybee were very accommodating and I had no problems cancelling and getting a refund. Great store and great service, I only wish they had a new location here in B.C.!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase! Excellent customer service from Lavi, quick and free delivery, and priced better than the big box competition. Will definitely ship here again.

How does a company that sells metalworking machinery NOT know what oil to use to lubricate components NOR sell it? Had to talk to 3 different people and they finally took conversation to someone that actually understand machinery, only told 'yep, you need Way oil...and we don't sell it'.Then I got pawned off to Customer Support to see if it's a product that they should be stocking...and they abandoned the conversation.Not many options for this stuff in Canada but how they can sell someone machine worth thousands and then be nearly clueless on how to maintain it...pretty clear that they only focus on sales, not service.
