Portuguese Brothers Concrete & Paving Inc.

When it got to the point that we were embarrassed to have our clientele park in our lot, we had Portuguese Brothers in to repave it. They did an outstanding job for a really reasonable price. We should have contracted them sooner and will not hesitate to have them do our other locations when the need arises.

Portuguese Brothers transformed our single gravel driveway into a double asphalt driveway with an exposed aggregate trim and walkway. It looks beautiful. It is so much more functional and curb appeal is through the roof! Thank you!

I have not used this company, nor will I.Rude and unprofessional.Blocked my driveway on a garbage collection day and due to this I had been missed by collections.I went outside to ask who's vehicle it was and was approached by a female with earbuds in.She said mine" and came to move it. When I asked her why she blocked my driveway. She said she hadn't. But yet the rest of the court had all their garbage collected...strange...So I threw my hands up and said "it's amazing" while walking away.At that point she yelled "Don't swear at me."Nice tactic...So I then came in to call their office as there seemed to be no dealing with her.When I called the office I got a young sounding receptionist. I asked if anything could be done. She said that they had dumps around the city and assured me it could be gotten rid of.She was very polite and kind.I then went to have a cigarette in my garage and heard them yelling at someone. I looked and it was the phone. I can only imagine it was that poor receptionist.I then received a call back telling me that there was nothing she could do."If I wanted it removed I would need to go talk to the (rude) lady.""No I will not. I was missed due to your truck and trailer blocking my driveway. I have asked for something to be done. You tell me it cannot be rectified. Is there management there?"A long silence. Then the receptionist replies "no"I then tell her that "I will not be happy if this is not rectified

Let me first start by saying, I had a review, put on here that, due to circumstances on the company’s part, which I did not know about I left a terrible review which I have since taken back. These are hard-working people, and for lack of workers they were unable to do my repairs, but we have since worked out a deal to get some repairs done, and we are quite happy. Thanks Ana

We were especially impressed with the care that was taken to ensure our property was kept clean and damaged throughout the project. PBC made sure we were satisfied not only with the job upon completion but the cleanup as well. Very thorough and accommodating.

We had this company do our drive and walkway a couple years ago and they were fantastic. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same now. We contacted them a few months ago and received a quote for some work in our backyard. Understandably they had to delay due to Covid. However, they are not returning our phone calls and now their website is down and their number is being forwarded to an insurance broker. Poor guy is getting irate calls from other very disappointed customers. Fortunately, we didn't put any money down but others have! Just disgusting!

They brought the patio we had been envisioning to life. They listened carefully and completely to our desires and it was constructed exactly to our specifications. They worked very cleanly and left us with no mess whatsoever. We were questioned thoroughly and more than once before they wrapped things up if we were completely satisfied. We would happily recommend their skill to anyone looking.

Highly recommend. Fast service and great value for your driveway. There were a few delays due to covid however they were addressed. My driveway also got poured on a very hot May day and I had a few esthetic issues but they were resolved professionally by Ana at Portugese Brothers!

I used PBC after seeing a previous paving job they did at my neighbor and I liked the quality of their work. I spoke with Ana at the office and she was very professional with planning and scheduling. When the crew arrived they worked very hard and Manny did a great job. I am very satisfied with their work. They also cleaned when they finished and did not leave any mess behind. I will use them again when I do concrete in my backyard next year
