Spark the Light Within

So happy I chose to start my reiki healing journey with Farah. I was quite nervous before arriving as this was my first experience being treated with reiki. All nervousness faded away as soon as Farah opened the door. She immediately made me feel welcomed and calm. She took the time to chat and get to know me. I felt very comfortable. During the session I felt surges of energy making my limbs and fingers twitch uncontrollably. By end of session, I felt as though my mind was at rest, clear and filled with joy. I very much look forward to seeing Farah again! Definitely recommend!!

Farah provided a past life regression which consisted of two sessions. One to clear and one to regress. Farah's attention to detail, her ability to set me at ease instantly, and her execution of a flawless guided regression was incredible. Our first session was in person and the second one online. It's amazing how online does not diminish the quality of a hypnosis session in any way. In fact, it was nice to be home already after the session and not worry about driving. Farah is a professional with high ethics and integrity and I'm grateful to have had this experience with her. Farah is a gifted hypnotist and i'm extremely satisifed with my sessions. From the first inquiry call itself, Farah patiently, diligently, methodically and honestly answered all my questions/doubts/concerns about the entire process. Farah is a great therapist, and a friend who goes above and beyond. We at a time that I needed help, and was going through a difficult time, personally and professionally. I found it easy to trust her, and she's easy to open up to and to discuss deeper issues that I was struggling with. In particular, she helped me understand aspects of my subconscious and re-evaluate or incorporate them in a positive way into my life. This was done through exercises over virtual sessions, which were interactive, and incorporated my comfort as an active participant in the process throughout. She made sure I was ready, emotionally and otherwise, and she walked the path with me until I could do it alone. She's competent, regularly updates her practice with new modalities and ideas. She also gave me articles etc. to read, and practice some strategies on my own it I wanted to. I was also a case study for one of her programs, and she was flexible as my schedule was a bit erratic. I was suffering a high level of anxiety, including panic attacks, when I came to her, and I am happy to say that I am more calm and relaxed and managing life issues much better now. She also checks in during the week, and goes above and beyond to provide advice if needed. I would highly recommend her to others! Her compassion, authenticity, and dedication to her work and people she's serving is awe-inspiring!

Farah, thank you for the sessions on self confidence. Farah did an excellent job. She listened, talked me through the process, made me feel so comfortable. While we were doing the session she made sure I was okay. After the session was over she checked on me not just on that day but on other days too. Farah went above and beyond. I highly recommend her. Wonderful calming experience, I felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and was full of energy the next day. Highly recommended experience! Edit: I returned to do inner Child healing with Farah and she has helped me grow over the past few months!

This was my first reiki healing session and I am so happy I decided to go with Farah. The session itself was very relaxing and I felt lighter afterwards.
