I can't say enough about Crack Specialists- The owner of the company, Wes, came over in very quick time to give us a quote to fix a crack and replace 3 window wells. Everything was done on time and the staff was very friendly - they continued to ask us if we have any questions- I would deal with this company again, no questions asked. Very friendly and very professional at what they do-- No wonder I see their trucks all over the tri cities. You can add my name to the satisfied customer list please :)

The Crack Specialists did an Excellent job repairing the crack in my foundation. They were on time , Very Friendly (Clinton) and Very professional. They completed the job in a short time and left no mess . Very Happy with their work . I would highly recommend them to any one having leak issues with the foundation.

We're thankful we selected The Crack Specialists to deal with our significant basement leak issue. From the first meeting we had a complete sense of confidence as they explained what was likely going on (no way to know until opening up the walls) and advising on the long term FIX to make sure we aren't patching and repeating. It was a significant job but they sure know what they're doing and the quality of the work was excellent. I look at the result (just finished) and I have complete confidence that his issue is resolved. Easy to deal with, good explanations every step of the way...I am so happy with our choice here. After receiving an estimate from The Crack Specialists a couple of weeks ago I was able to have the work scheduled for completion today. Melanie arrived on time, explained the work to be done, and answered all of my questions before getting started. Despite the numerous holes needing to be drilled into the foundation the noise-level was actually quite manageable (I work from home and was slightly concerned being in meetings all day). Within 90 minutes the job was done. Melanie took the time to explain the work that was done, the warranty and she answered my remaining questions. She also had a couple of Band-Aid kits which my young son will enjoy. She was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend The Crack Specialists to anyone needing foundation work. The entire team has been great to deal with. Thanks for a great job at a fair price!

Okay, so my story for these folks is going to be unbelievable but here it goes.They were the second service provider I got a quote for. The gentleman quoting said he had been to the house before, telling me exactly where in the finished side of the basement (my crack this time was in the utility room) they had done their work. Not fully sure this was the truth I told him if he could prove that and as long as their price was close to the other quote they got the job.I got an email from their office proving their previous work (critical as they warranty for life based on the ADDRESS not the person as they said) and they were $400 cheaper than the next lowest estimate. I asked why they were lower, their answer was simple We don't charge more because Spring is busy

When it was discovered that my basement wall had two cracks in the foundation, my insurance company recommended The Crack Specialists to me. I was very promptly scheduled for a visit from owner, Wesley Rose, who arrived as planned and answered all my questions and offered his opinion on the best way to fix my foundation. Appreciated the recommendations. A repair date was scheduled within a short time period and technician, Clinton Deschamps, came to do the repair work.. Clint was very professional and knowledgeable and explained the process and answered any questions I had. Clint cleaned up any mess both inside and outside and made sure to ask me if I had any further questions before he left. Even Lorrie from the office was great to talk to on the phone. Snowmelt uncovered a crack in our foundation, which resulted in a pretty sizeable leak. Todd came in quickly to assess and less then a week later, Clint and Dakota came in to fix what was needed. Everyone we dealt with at the company was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all of my questions. We would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone in need and would use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much for your excellent work!!

Todd, Lorrie and their team of friendly, knowledgeable staff were wonderful to work with. While we hope we don't have a need for their services in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends. Thanks for a job well done!

I first used The Crack Specialists in 2008 to repair a leak in my basement wall. Later I had them install a sump pump. This spring I experienced another flooded basement and contacted them. They immediately sent a technician to survey the problem who arranged to have the crack in the wall reinjected (at no charge to me). He also suggested as a future precautionary measure that I have the window well refastened and the grading around the window well built up. This was under an outdoor patio with approximately 3 foot of working space and all had to be done by hand! Poor Melanie was soaked to the skin but she still kept going even though it had started to rain! Everyone I dealt with from my initial call to the finished job were so helpful. I am an 88-year-old widow and don't need any extra frustration, but it was all handled so efficiently and everything left so clean and tidy! I have no hesitation in recommending The Crack Specialists.Ruth
