Mike is excellent to have come and do work. He is doing kitchen and bath work for us and is quick to reply, good clean work and very friendly. Couldn't have a better handy man / contractor around. Well prepared and happy to take on jobs both big and small.

Mike installed an electric awning, put in new porch posts, and built us a new wooden fence and gate. He did good quality work, provided various options/styles to choose from, and was very personable withgood communication about the schedule for completing the work. I would definitely hire him again for future jobs and refer him to friends.

Very impressed with the quality and professionalism of Rutig Construction. Mike was a pleasure to work with, he was very attentive and took the time to address all my questions and concerns which was so helpful as this was the first time I had taken on such a large project. His pricing is fair and the workmanship was excellent. I could not be happier with my new bathroom and I will definitely be calling Rutig construction for all my future projects.

My experience from start to finish was spectacular. My home repairs were not extensive - this time. Because of that, finding a professional that's interested is challenging to say the least. Mike responded quickly. He arrived on time. He explained options. I'm going to tell my friends . . . and call again when I need to.

I contacted Mike to help us finish off a gazebo installation; we needed help in finishing the roof. I sent him photos of the job and he quoted me a price. We set a date and he came to us (we live in Guelph) with one other young man and finished the job in less than one day. Mike was very polite, professional and approachable. He did an excellent job and I would definitely contact him again in the future.

Waterloo Regions best all around handyman! Mike responded within an hour to my request for a quote to do several jobs around our house. He arrived at our home at the agreed time. Mike was very meticulous with each of the jobs at our house. Given the variety of jobs: electrical, plumbing and an appliance installation we definitely received great value for our money.

Came to install my bathroom fixtures and a security latch on my door. I'm super picky but he made sure everything was center and level, sturdy, undamaged. He didn't think the hardware for the security latch was strong enough so he was nice enough to use his own so that it would never budge :)
