I ordered a teen burger combo. It was fresh, generous with toppings on burger.Service was fast, friendly and most important made correctly with no hassles.Location there's not to much to say. Depending on the person some feel comfortable in the area, some don't .

Juiciest chicken burgers of any fast food place I've tried. Made fresh to order. Staff doesn't seem to clean up the dining area much through the day though. Wiping tables down would go a long way.

This place has gone downhill. I used to come for beyond burgers all the time. The quality has degraded and now they’re greasy, take 25 min to make and I could make them quicker at home. This is not fast food. More like restaurant timelines but greasy spoon quality. Don’t get me started on the onion rings. Go to up Barton because they’re much better.

It is kind of a cool burger place - service was bad but the burgers were good. I love the building design and their approach to no gma food so this is probably as healthy as fast food gets. I really have no idea if it is a good value or not because it is in Canada and I did not feel like figuring out the exchange

Seriously you have to ask for a review about any A&W on the planet?? They are off in my first go to for breakfast lunch and or dinner!! I would promote them at the top of Mount Everest that's how much I love a&w's service and quality. Steven Majic, a lifelong patron of A&W since I was young and until my dying day!!

A & W is my personal favorite fast food restaurant. I highly recommend ordering a side of onion rings and putting a few onto your burder. It's a game changer. I order the mozza burger and put 3 or 4 onion rings on it. But lots of my friends and family prefer the cheddar bacon Uncle burger. It's really good too, it's just too big for me.

Tried to use the drive-thru around 9:30 on Friday night. There was a pile of wood and metal debris alongside and jutting into the drive-thru lane from a knocked down fence (with more junk piled on), so we had to drive very carefully to avoid damaging our car. We sat at the speaker for several minutes waiting for someone to ask to take our order. We decided to go elsewhere, as the dining room is usually kind of sketchy. We tried to drive around the building to leave, only to find a post with a sign where the lane meets the sidewalk. That meant we couldn't get through to the road and were forced to back out through this obstacle course in the rain, trying not to scratch the car with one of the posts or pipes sticking into the laneway.If the drive-thru is closed, maybe put up a barrier so people don't have to go through this. Maybe another post with a sign on it saying Drive-Thru Closed" or "Do Not Enter"

A little creepy with homeless people there everytime I go in. Parking lot and drive through are a mess.People at counter were courteous. Food was fine.I am not advocating to not serving homeless, it is the region that is run down. In fact I was planning to give a homeless person a few dollars to help out.

Terrible. We had two over-priced teen combos. The meat was dry with darker dried out edges, the onion rings were soggy & the root beer tasted like water with chemicals in it. We reached out to A&W directly with our complaint. They indicate on their web page that we would receive a response within a few days but it has now been a few weeks and we haven't heard a thing. We probably won't ever go back to another A&W now. I used to love A&W. It has definitely gone downhill.
