My husband went the other day and spent $425 out of his pocket for a pair of prescription glasses, when he tested them out he loved the look but after arriving home a few hours later the frames were hurting the bridge of his nose...He went back and the lady took out his lenses and tried to squeeze them into other frames ( obviously that was a fail) plus he just paid for a certain frame why would he want something else!?!They didn't allow him to choose something else with the same price or his money back..He even would have accepted a different plastic bridge but there wasn't anything.So now he still wearing his other glasses and wasted$425

Exceptional staff! I went in to browse and ended up fixing the scratches on my prescription sunglasses. The manager was so much help! Would definitely recommend this location.

Terrible staff, they simply don't care. I bought two glasses because of the good deal at the time and one of the glasses didn't sit well on my face. I went back 3 times and it still didn't sit properly. The left arm clearly didn't sit on my ear but they said it's good enough and sent me home. Worst is that I showed them the flaw and they completely disregard me with a smile, as if I was asking for too much! I finally decided to go to a competitor across the street and they adjusted it for me right away.

When my new frames broke, for the second time in 2 weeks, I went back in and they got me another frame within a day. They also told me they will not sell those frames again. There were no questions asked they just went ahead and got the new frames. Excellent service. Highly recommend them.

Bought a pair of glasses with progessive prescription lenses. One pair was fine. The other were never right, my eyes hurt with use. Went back twice, they said they were fine that I was not used to them. I gave up explaining and asking for help. I should have posted this a long time ago when I got them but never did. Just letting you all know they never helped me with my useless brand new glasses that I could never wear.

Stopped by to buy replacement nose pads for my glasses. Simple enough, or so I thought.Refused to help me because I didn't buy my glasses there.When I said I bought them out of country I was told, VERBATIM: yeah well that's your problem"Unbelievable."

Bought glass wipes and cleaner from this place and wanting to have some screws on my glasses adjusted, the service lady said she can't help me and I'll have to do it myself.come on, I just purchased something and no help in courtesy of that?

Terrible Service, I went to update my lenses and asked to use my 4 year old frames that I originally bought from them, upon first arrival the salesman was offering me new frames for 40% off, I said no thank you
