Ordered my first delivery of logs a couple of months ago delivered on time. Seems friendly and efficient, when I phone to who I believed was the owner for a second order at the beginning of the cold weather he gave me really good advice on the type of logs, amount I would need for my log burner and how I use it. As promised, has delivered on time without fault. Would recommend without hesitation.

Always delivered to the spot we asked for. The quality of logs always spot on.Can deliver at fairly quick notice sometimes would get calls when I didn’t expect but they have to get deliveries done and if we aren’t home then the delivery got to happen. Always helpful on the phone though. Never had any issue with quality, service or late delivery.

Great next day service 3 years on ! Bags always filled to the brim. Dry and a perfect size for my medium size log burner.

Did not receive product, asked for refund but did not get one. Shady rip off merchant and terrible customer service.I ordered a bag of kindling for £40 on the website and paid.After 3 days I emailed to ask when it would be delivered and had no reply.After 4 days I rang up and asked when it would be delivered. The guy said he had no idea what order I was talking about and said he was driving so couldn't look into it, when I asked him to get back to me when he wasn't driving he said he was on his way to the Midlands to watch football and so couldn't get back to me later about it because of that.After 6 days I rang up and asked again, again he had no idea what order I was talking about. Then he said they don't deliver kindling because it's not worth it for them and not good for the environment and he would deliver it in the next few days when he had something else coming to Southampton. I had no confidence he would do this so I asked for a refund, he said 'sure' then hung up without confirming anything.I would not recommend using this company.

I ordered logs at 8am and they were delivered before 9am on the same day, this is stunning service. I might have been lucky as the truck might have been on route to my house but just processing the order so quickly is impressive. Logs look great too.

We regularly use Winchester logs and our kiln dried logs have always been delivered quickly and are clearly properly dried.

DO NOT USE THEY ARE SHOCKING. Didn't confirm order I had to chase, asked for an hours notice so I could be home. Didn't deliver round to the back of the house as asked and just dumped in the street in the rain not even on my front garden, literally in the road. My neighbour called but by the time I got home my kiln dried logs were wet. Do yourselves a favour and find another company.

Requested a bag of logs to be put in my garage, as they previously have done. Turned up without warning with a young lady delivering. A rude phone call from, presumably the owner, telling me basically to get lost. All the other suppliers I deal with are more than happy to oblige. I am 80 years d and not in the best of health

I’ve used Winchester logs for several years. The quality of the wood is excellent and good value for money.

The kiln dried logs I ordered had green moss and healthy lichen on. I queried it by email but got no response. The logs were delivered without notice while I was out. They were wet in the rain by the time I got back.
