Ordered a motor mount for a Ford Escape. Arrived the next day, great price, quality part and perfect fit.

This shop has been my go to, since 2000.The Counter Staff has changed, I still feel welcome everytime by all the folks.Great service, great place.

Have been dealing with this location for many years and have always received great service. Recently I have had Steve do some research for items needed for a hot rod I am building. Can't say enough for the assistance and suggestions he has provided. Highly recommend this outlet for anyone living in the area.

Its been downhill for this place since it switched from JB. I can't call it bad service because there isn't any! No one ever picks up the phone, it now goes to a call Centre. The call centre found the item i was looking for (after i gave HIM the part number) he said they had one and it would be here tomorrow, also quoted me a price excluding taxes. I went to pick the item up and am told its now $60 more than i was quoted on the phone! The ONLY reason i ordered it was the price as its was less than Lordco and NAPA but a little more than Rock Auto with delivery. The counter person then essentially called me a liar (said he just phoned the call Centre and that not what he told me!) I had all three quotes written down ! I have spent literally thousands of dollars at this location, the gentleman in front of me walked out in disgust at the pricing he was given on an item and i quickly followed him once i was told the item was now 30% more than quoted. Never again, there are a lot of options and this will no longer be one for me.UPDATE: The response from Bumper to Bumper (corporately uni-select Canada Inc) below says to 'reach out to them'. I tried, talked with the manager at the store, after trying even he could not get a contact number for them, its just a copy/past response to look good on this review. Manager made no attempt to resolve the issue and there appears to be no easy way to contact the corporate owner other than via email, which i have done.

Good people. I've been coming in here for years for work and for parts for my own vehicles. The staff are typically friendly and know their stuff. The prices are reasonable compared to all of the other places around and if they don't have something on-hand, they can usually get it within a day or two.Highly recommended.

The service is great and friendly. I ordered an A/C compressor but when it arrived at the store nobody called me to let me know that I can pick it up. Wasted a lot of time.

The worst customer service in the city, they are never friendly or helpful. They NEVER have what you want, I belong to a car club and they offer discounts to the club but they never live up to the promise. Terrible place....worth driving to lordco
