Grizzly Cubs Den Indoor Playground And Cafe

We saw this place once while driving through Leduc and popped our head in but wasn’t blown away with what we could see. Then I decided to google it again and saw lots of pictures that made it look really nice.Came here for the first time and am pretty impressed. Very well taken care of and clean. Staff is constantly moving around picking up after the kids and putting the toys away from the various little store fronts and tidying up.Overall very cute and my favourite fact is that there is lots of places for the adults to sit around the playing area.Only down side is the arcade doesn’t have a ton of games for the little ones, but since they’re still interested in the games we ended up buying tokens that will be wasted. Also it seems hard to win tickets, but that could be our lack of skill.

Fantastic for babes and toddlers. My son is 2 and this playground is perfect for him. The climbing structure is so much fun and the right level of challenging for the toddler age. The ball pit was also a big hit also with the swing under the structure. One of the coolest features is the individual play areas that are self contained themes like “market” and “doctors office”. Such a great way for kids to learn and so many ways to interact. There’s a great menu selection and the staff is really friendly. The latte was fantastic and I highly recommend!

Had son's birthday two years in a row here they are very helpful and kids never want to leave we love it.The only issue was miscommunication on the room rental for the birthday and the play time in the playground. They still deserve five star review!

Today was my first day with my 3 year old son. We had such a blast he didn’t want to leave! The staff member working was incredibly nice and always cleaning! We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back.

I had my sons 2nd birthday party yesterday and it was fantastic! We are all from edmonton and the drive is a bit far for us and our guests but upon seeing the facility they were happy as were their kids! I had nothing but rave reviews about the venue and the staff. They were super friendly and helpful. I wish we had more time as the kiddos didnt want to leave! The first time i brought my son here to check the place out there was no arcade games but now thwy do and it is such a great addition! The older kids loved it as there was something for them to do. I would definitely book here again! Thanks again for making my sons day special! He had so much fun that he didnt even eat lol.

My toddler loved this indoor playground. It was clean and only had 2 other kids during our morning visit. The person at the desk was so patient with my tot as she explained/babbled to him that she wanted to play. There's a small refreshment counter with items for purchase. The washroom was clean and had a stool available for hand washing.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Clean, fun and friendly! Great for toddler and preschool ages. Will definitely be back!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional staff and management. Purchased a pass card for 80 dollars for Monday to Friday last year. And they changed the pass days for Monday’s and Tuesday’s. (As of January 31st no statements about that issued anywhere) Tried to get them to honour my card which clearly states Monday to Friday. They would not honour it as they verbally abused me. This is a terrible placeEDITPut up the entire video with audio and let people decide who was wrong then. Your staff member criminally slandered me and pushed me to that point. Put up the entire video with audio or remove those posts

The atmosphere was nice for the kids. Rented the private room for my son's bday. The chicken fingers and fries came out in a giant metal sheet. It would have been nice to have presented better. But still a fun place for younger kiddos to celebrate a bday. I never saw a mascot but that's okay for me cause my son would have been terrified lol.

Finally, there is a local Indoor play ground in Leduc. I brought my child here and so far he enjoyed the place. What I've observed is this, first the facility is clean and pretty much new. I like the idea of cube area to play for kids according to their likes. The place is a bit smaller compared to other facility in Edmonton which is very understandable due to high rent and lack of facilities in Leduc. I wish there is more slide, climbing and trampoline like area but as I said, there is no space to put all of this. Still, recommended to all parents who doesn't want to to drive in the city. Thanks
