I had a a planed security tech to come in to my house at 8am this morning guy walks in and my dog hadn't been put away yet and the guy walked out and said call the office and remake the appoiment for your house and left how unprofessional and not cool that was for me and my mother to be woken up at 8am then he comes in doesn't wait for me to put away the dogs and left that's a really bad for your company to have Technion to come into your house and not be told over the phone to put away doysor nothing and the guy walks out Amy house we pay 100bucoa a month for our services we are going to cancel my everything we where gunna get the new house smart home but that tech didn't give USA Rawson to continue our services with adt with them for over 12 years and this is how we get treated not cool I'll make sure I tell all my friends and.family and post on Facebook horrible services and people working for your company

DO NOT GET THIS SYSTEM. Once you have signed on you are stuck paying for 5-years on a system that only work once in a while. I have spent more time getting the cameras to work and it keeps failing.
