OpenRoad Infiniti Langley

I bought used car from them which already had a dent in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t noticed it and didn’t talk to them about fixing it. After two days when I talked to them, they said we can’t do anything about it as we listed the car with the low price as it had dent in it. Honestly, they never mentioned this thing while I was buying the car, and now they are making the excuses. Is this what we expect from these kinda brands? Atleast, listen to your customers. Do not think they are foolish. Cheating a thousand dollar damage is nothing in front of a customer’s review and feedback to other future customers.

My wife and I saw a beautiful car on Openroads Infiniti web page . We were planning a car trip with friends for the next day . So to say the least it had to happen fast if we were to make the trip with our friends. Our sales rep Vic was a pleasure to deal with and he went out of his way to get us the best deal he could. I explained how much of a hurry we were in and he got right to work getting the deal done. We live on Vancouver island and Vic was nice enough to take time out of his Saturday to meet me at the Tsawwssen ferry and drive me into town to get the car transferred into my name . He put the plate on my new car and I made it on the next ferry back. I am happy to say we made the trip with our friends . Great job to all at the dealership and a special thanks to Vic

Update: Recently I went to Langley OpenRoad Dealership to replace front wheel bearings and they replaced only left bearing, but right one they couldn't. They charged me $2000 total for replacing left side and around $800 for the attempt to replace the part on the right side. The solution they offered is to replace almost whole suspension for $6000. I asked them to put everything back.Interesting thing what I noticed in invoice is: diagnostic left side is $150 and right side $150. What diagnostic means? The mechanic drives the car and listen which side is noisy and what needs to be replaced. I was so surprised that diagnostic should be done for each side. Why you guys not charge diagmnstic for each wheel???Yesterday I gave my car to private shop to replace the bearing on the right side. I decided to replace all break discs with break pads and bearing on right side, plus make the wheel alignment. I paid $1600 for labor and parts. Right now the car goes like new.My question: How come private shop could replace the wheel bearing and official dealership with certified mechanics could NOT?Never will go to Infiniti Langley dealership. If you want to go to dealership then go to Burnaby, I did the service before there and very happy with them.

I’ve been having issues with my vehicle in which no one could resolve even after going through so many mechanics and technicians over many weeks. I am happy to say that the technician (Daniel) did a great job. I was taken by surprise at how quickly he knew the situation. Merely 10mins in the shop and he fixed the issue. I can honestly say that I feel more confident and comfortable having my vehicle placed in his hands. The best service I have ever received.

Premium maintenance packages. Good waiting lounge. Since recently no courtesy cars for 2h or less service calls. Service dept is under staffed so usually someone will call back on next day after you leaving a message. Overall, I still like this dealership despite recent developments. Tough times I guess.

Bought an used truck from them yesterday. Took it to BCAA for pre purchase inspections. Everything is in great condition. Everyone in the the dealership goes beyond and above to help me on this purchase and is extremely patient.

Used to deal with this dealership a lot more when my car was newer and always had a great experience especially because they washed the car after every service. My dad took the car in for me today instead to get it diagnosed about why the A/C wasn’t working, and they always wash the car after, but not this time… disappointed. Especially after being charged $400+ for just diagnosis.. smh

I did a trade where my vehicle was worth more. they matched my top offer at a fair price. Aman was very helpful. they were giving me money and were great. If your giving them money I'd imagine they really treat you extra great. From the 1st message to driving out in a different vehicle, the process was very smooth. I've purchased cars worth 4 times more and not gotten then same quality service. looking for an infiniti check these guys 1st.

This is great place to buy a car. Treated with care and honesty. Sales agent Azad is amazing. He is very responsive to things the vehicle had to get checked after I bought it. Angela in finance, super! She explained every detail to you! The shop is very accommodating and guys super friendly. Overall, you should definitely go here if you’re planning to buy a good vehicle.
