Rob and his team were great to deal with . I had a new septic system installed with another contractor it was only 2 yrs old when I had issues I got in touch ith Rob he was very helpful in troubleshooting and explaining how things worked with my system. From my initial site visit until they repaired the issue they were very professional always on time and did exactly what they said they would do. Pretty impressive to take over someone else's screw up and repair it flawlessly. I highly recommend them for any septic needs you know the job will be done properly

The inspection that was done on my septic tank was terrible. I had to use a trash pump to pump out my solid tank because the water wasn't going into the grey tank. All the guy did when he was out was give me “cosmetic” tips. Eg. should have a mast on the tank, wiring should be in a panel, i should have a high level alarm ect. Which make sense but i need the actual tank and system inspected. He never inspected any of the pipes or tank he just shinned a flashlight into the tank and said it was good. It was not a thorough inspection like it says on the website.They came back out after a communication error. Performed the inspection the way I expected it to be done. They had a camera showed me the inside of the the tank. We figured out it was poured on site, e could see the lines in the concrete where the forms were, how the lid/cover was poured, ect. The walls weren’t crumbling so we decided the tank was in great condition still. We could also see the hole in separating wall where the “grey water” transfers from the primary (solids) tank to the secondary (grey water) tanks. We also added water to see that there was liquid transferring from one tank to the other. We also made sure the pump out was working. In the end we decided my tank was in great shape and the system was working properly. There are a few items that need to be changed for the tank freezing situation and some upgrades that could be done. But i don’t need a new tank which is what i wanted to know. I was satisfied with their work.

My septic field was starting to push water up to the surface this summer, so I reached out to the team at Septech and got a prompt reply. They were great through the entire process. To be honest, it was the best customer service that I've experienced and every single person that I interacted with at my acreage was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.My yard is a unique setup which gave Septech some unexpected issues during the install process, but they adapted and did everything that was needed to be done to customize my setup and saw it through to completion. I'm very pleased with the end result and have zero complaints.Greg, Shane, Chris, Eric and Zac were all friendly, professional and answered all the questions I had.10/10 would recommend if you're having issues with an older septic system.

Hired Septech to check out our septic system after a backup situation. They serviced, replaced old lids, replaced pump and installed an alarm system. They were very professional, prompt and took to the time to pass along information regarding septic systems and how it works. We are very pleased with the experience and will use again.
