Amber is one of the best event organizers I've ever worked with. For the past few years, Amber has organized conferences, workshops & networking events for the entertainment industry association I co-founded she does an exceptional job. Amber is exceptionally organized, the logistics are always fantastic, our guests and VIPS feel special and - even when the budgets are smaller - she finds a way to add a wow factor that makes the event memorable. Amber has an amazing attitude, is a problem solver who never seems to get flustered and makes everything seem so easy.

Amber Orchard is one of the best event producers in Vancouver! I can’t tell you how thrilled we were with how our whole event turned out. Last September, we threw the 65_RedRoses Gala Screening at the Vancouver Playhouse Theatre. Not only did Amber coordinate the reception of 500+ guests but she overlooked the logistics and timing of our entire show from the lighting to the musical guest to the speakers to the screening of our film and beyond! Also , we love her personality and she is so good at adapting to her surroundings. Highly recommend her!

We were fortunate enough to work with Amber on a very special ten year anniversary screening of our award-winning film 65_RedRoses in September 2019. The night featured a performance by Dan Mangan and helped raise over $25K for transplant research. Amber was a key factor in our event being a success. From visiting venues to ensuring that ticket sales went smoothly, she ran our tech rehearsal and oversaw our silent auction, there was nothing she didn't anticipate and plan ahead for. She was professional, fast-thinking and wonderfully adaptable. Amber has been organizing our events for Field & Post (a not for profit organization) and our educational conference, FactualWEST, for several years now.
