Sean has helped me a great deal in achieving my goals. He helped me throughout my weight loss and muscle building journey where he gave me tips and pointers on how to perform exercises, eat healthy and properly, as well as take care of my body through recovery. For osteopathic therapy he helped me reduce pain in my back as well as help me understand problems and solutions for my knee pain. He helped me understand how to take care of my knee by giving me tips on how to stretch them out as well as help recover them after a workout. Overall Sean is a great personal trainer and osteopath and I would highly recommend you to go to him.

Sean has done a phenomenal job in providing osteopathic care and personal training. I had a serious fall four years ago which created on going hip issues and lower back pain. After an adjustment by Sean, my pain is gone which is amazing. In addition, Sean encouraged me to get a TENS unit, showed me how to use it and when I overdo, it totally eases the pain. Sean is a caring, attentive osteopath and personal trainer I highly recommend.

Sean is an amazing osteopath who helped me with my headaches and acid reflux for the past few months. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to diagnose and treat the root causes of my issues whenever I book a session with him. Currently I am feeling much better and with his input was able to shift some of my lifestyle habits to prevent heartburn from the acid reflux. Working with Sean was life changing. After a lifetime of sitting at a desk and a bad accident several years ago, I had many persistent back & neck issues amongst other discomforts. At first Sean became my personal trainer. Sean’s kind, understanding and patient approach with me was exactly what I needed for my lifestyle change. Sean’s also treated me with osteopath sessions when my balance has been off or I’ve tweaked my back somehow and I’m always impressed with the results. Although life occasionally gets in the way, my fitness/wellness journey is permanent and I thank Sean for that.

Prior to this appointment I was suffering with chronic pain caused by compressed discs in my neck. C5/C6 and C6/C7… I wasn’t able to sleep and medication/pain killers weren’t working. It has been getting worse for close to ten years. I have been attending Osteo treatments with Sean for a few months now. Our first visits focused on some upper back/shoulder area discomfort I was having, and with literally one treatment the next day the pain was gone, my back felt great and the pain hasn’t returned. He has also been working on the placement and function of my internal organs, which I had no idea I even needed that but after talking with Sean during these treatments I have been educated on how important that really is for your body. I have learned so much from Sean. His knowledge, patience and explanations during treatment are so informative and really puts you at ease. He answers all your questions and I trust me I always have a lot. Overall I’ve been feeling better , breathing better, have less discomfort and really enjoy the treatments.
