I stayed here for one night and it was great! The staff was really friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, mattresses have a mattress cover! This inn is walking distance to Subway, The Beer store and LCBO. We will definitely stay here again!

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to all the staff at this hotel - - I had a really great stay at the Auberge MacDonald Guest Inn for almost a week (April 2022) and I was very impressed with the huge clean room, amazing housekeeping services, really friendly and happy staff and even free coffee & tea (very good quality too!)This was my second stay at this hotel - and I can tell anyone that is thinking about it, to absolutely book a room in this hotel - really reasonable rates and great staff, and so much included in the room. My room had a 2-burner element cooking stove top; a really good microwave oven; an iron and ironing board; clean fresh towels and linens, REALLY comfortable beds! (you won't want to leave the room!) cable TV, good remote; and basically a full kitchen with a big counter, a sink; a fridge; a microwave, the cooking elements; and even all the plates, bowls, and cutlery! Amazing. Absolutely a 5-STAR REVIEW for this.Many thanks to Kenny and Jimmy for all the help while I was there, visiting from Hamilton. It's the best hotel I've stayed at in many years, and I will definitely be going back!

Very friendly staff, they made absolutely sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Room was very large, nice, and clean. Price was very good. Will definitely stay again if I'm passing through the area

The rooms were clean and that’s about it. We stayed here 7 years ago and it has really gone down since then. We had more than one room this visit and all the beds squeezed horribly, the air conditioner in one room smelled like something died in it so could not be used, and the rooms were incredibly humid. They would not do anything about the air conditioner or humidity so I borrowed a dehumidifier from a relative and it measured 97 percent humidity when we started. Bathroom lights were burnt out in both rooms and we had to change them ourself. The hotel itself stunk of whatever was being cooked. Not a good experience. If they don’t get the humidity under control, black mould will take over and the hotel will be condemned in the near future.

It was... okay. Staff werent that accomodating, they asked a lot of informations.... Beds were confortable, small rooms but goes with the price, it's the only place we've found in Iroquois Falls. There's a s.m.a.l.l. breakfast from 6:30 to 9... that's a plus.. but... yeah.We forgot our earings, we were in our car outside, we just left and he came back to give us our earings, that was very appreciated!

Our hockey team spend 2 weekends here this winter. It was an incredible place to stay. I’d go as far as saying the kids enjoyed it more than other hotels with pools. Rooms were clean and made up everyday, we were always greeted by staff, they were approachable and great with our kids (they even came to watch one of our games). Restaurants, arena, pool, bowling are all within walking distance. We will for sure book again the next time we are in Iroquois falls.

They were very nice and accommodating! We were in town for a hockey weekend, and normally hotels don’t like the chaos we bring, but they were so welcoming to us all.Best hotel experience on a hockey weekend, the kids all said it was their favourite hotel of the season.Rooms are on the smaller side, but clean and comfy.
