Amazing store. Very kind and quick delivery. Such kind staff. I ordered a sofa from Walmart and it’s been almost a month and still no delivery. Ordered a stove and dishwasher from Home Depot and it’s been almost 3 weeks and still no delivery, plus they messed it up and had to reorder it. But when I got my fridge from Aaron’s, BOOM. Aaron’s delivered the next day. Even with being short staffed during COVID-19. Very well done guys. I hope you all get a raise and a nice extra Christmas bonus. You’ve earned it and more. If I ever need anything else furniture wise, I’m coming straight to you guys from now on no matter the extra costs. I hate waiting. Love you guys.

Marfy was wonderful. Our washer broke down mid cycle last night so we were anxious to get a new one as soon as possible that was also within our budget. Marfy helps us do just that, and within 20 minutes! We will definitely go back for future purchases when necessary!

Didn’t have a good experience in the Massena store. The staff was eating and didn’t come out to show us anything or ask questions. We looked around and the furniture all seemed used. They did wish us a good day and to use their website to look for what we wanted.

Went to the store today in Massena with a friend and did a cash buy there was only one person in the store and she was running the whole show

Actully I wasn't very impressed by their policies. I paid on time every month in advance. I no longer didn't a laptop so I turned it in about a week after paying the month hoping to get appox. 75.00 refund. They opted to keep my money. I for one will never buy from them again. My last purchase was buying them for a lousy 75 bucks.
