It's a McDonalds, but with long wait lines. Many cars seem to get parked at-a-time for no apparent reason. Does not seem like FAST food as it used to be. I avoid this specific location.

I sat in the second drive through lane for 10 minutes and nobody talked to me while other cars going by in the other lane. No indication if it was closed.

They forgot the cheese on my mcgriddle sandwich, my hash brown was cold and my smoothie was 2 inches from the top.I noticed the smoothie at the dt window and the lady promptly took it from me, made more and topped it up.I was expecting her to be rude when she returned with a now full smoothie as she took it so quick. She was not! She smiled, apologized and wished me a good day!We're all human and make mistakes. How we act and treat others when dealing with these mistakes is what matters!I ate my hash brown fast without burning my mouth and the mcgriddle was just as delicious without the cheese! My (now) full smoothie didn't leave me wanting more!I can't say I would've been this happy with the errors that occurred, without the Genuineness of the lovely drive thru lady! ♥️

During the week the service is awesome but during the weekend it's the opposite... always a mistake in my order or missing something. It's a good things I don't order often.Positive point, during the week, the staff are always smiling and looks happy. Never look like you are bothering them.

New chicken sandwich is terrible. Most unsatisfying meal ever at a McDonald's and I'm a traveler.Another most annoying thing was the cleaner as his methods were sloppy, uncaring in where he was spraying his cleaner and totally uninterested in doing a proper cleaning job.Needs a talking to retraining or..Nothing may and will not be noticed but that's the way it is these days unfortunately.

It is by far the worst McDonalds in Gatineau. 2 times I went in for food. Waited 20 minutes both times never got served so i left. Staff and manager would look at me but not acknowledge me. One time staff working in the kitchen with no hair nets. Last time I was there I'm assuming off duty staff got tired of waiting and went behind the counter and served themselves. Avoid this McDonalds. Even the management is bad.

Each time I order something from here, there always seems to be an issue of some sort. Either the machine is being cleaned so we can't offer that drink, or the fries are rewarmed and not fresh, always something.I keep coming back though because it is one of the nicer insides of a McDonald's that I have seen and I enjoy sitting in here to eat my food. The staff are also always pleasant and doing their jobs!
