One star is too many! There are too many businesses in Lloydminster that perform the same services that deserve your money and are much cleaner than this place. I have not been here for awhile and I was shocked to see how it has declined. I would not be comfortable getting work done here any more; the basic appearance and cleanliness of this business has gone seriously downhill. I waited nonetheless...my appointment was at 2:30. The 3:00 appointment arrived and I had not yet been helped and while I was waiting the owner/manager booked two more appointments, one for 3:30 and one for 4:00 p.m. There was no way she would be able to take me until 3:30 given the progress she was making on the client she was with...so my appointment would be one hour late minimum, never mind the customers coming after me! While I waited for 40 minutes plus, I read the reviews. It seems I am not the only person who has a negative review about this place. Ultimately, I called another establishment in Lloydminster that has much better reviews and I left. I am shocked at the decline in cleanliness and the poor appearance of this place in addition to the terrible service. I will not be returning.

worst service ever, i had long nails & i wanted then a little short & she took the nail right down the finger trip not what i wanted at all. not the shape i said nor the same lengths. i spoke up about then and she said what do you mean. as well as my sister she didn’t get what she wanted either. fruit flies flying around moldy oranges in a pot. absolutely disgusted with the service. never going back & dont recommend

Zero stars. Worst pedicure I have ever had. She said I had ingrown toenails and proceeded to cut them inward. Which from many past experiences I know is wrong. Did not treat my cracked heels even after I asked her to. Used old polish that didn’t spread evenly. My toes ache and I am not sure if they can be fixed until they grow out again. Awful. I do not recommend the pedicure.

Horrible. 0/10. They overbooked at 6pm, clients waiting over an hour and only three were working. I went in to ask for a refund or even a partial refund but they got mad and said they did not do that. I was unhappy with the experience as it was all sloppy, fast and unpleasant. There were flies ALL over, constantly landing on my friend and I. V Nails salon was a desperate decision as they were open late, never again will I go back. My nails are chipping and the design is so sloppy. If they couldn’t do what I asked for then they should have told me instead of being greedy. They should do better instead of making someone pay almost $80 for a bad job.

The ladies are friendly and are good at their job. I've booked appts and they have been ready for me . I'm happy and price is reasonable . So I will continue my services

The lady was sure to make time to answer the phone (which no other place did...). She was polite, friendly, and thorough. She was diligent in asking me what I wanted and doing exactly what I said. My nails were done exactly when I planned for them to be done. I would definitely go again.

AVOID THIS PLACE!I should have just not booked a service due to the reviews but It was out of sheer desperation.Lets talk about the technician" with 15 years of experience according to her. She was very rough and aggressive with my hands and nails... flinging them/pushing them away

Wish I could leave 0 stars!Complete waste of time and money!After paying $78.75 for a new set this is what I left with.- Uneven- Product all over cuticles and sidewalls- Magivered Ombre attempt- Wide nails- Splotchy and missing top coat- Crooked nails- All nails lifting as soon as I left-Blue hairs embedded in the acrylicOther issues:- Removed my nails with a fake nail tip- 2 different types of top coat were used and the result was SPLOTCHY-Using unclean drill bits (used)- Overall cleanliness of placeI tried to speak to the owner and tell that I was not happy with them. She offered to try and fix them, but I didn't want her to because she doesn't know to do nails in the first place (Can't fool me) . I wanted a partial refund because I have to go and get these fixed somewhere else and pay more but she declined.So you are comfortable taking my money but when I am unhappy with the nails you put on, you instantly blew up!The owner mentioned something about karma coming back to me and asked why I came to her business in the first place.. (Desperation really) Because I was expressing my unhappiness with these nails, she said she was going to phone the police, for what? You have a bad attitude when it comes to customer service, you think arguing and calling down a customer is good, but its just stupid and unprofessional. You really didn't care if I posted this review so here you have it. These are the nails you let me leave with and just a brief detail of the horrible experience you offer.I have some great recommendations for places you could get educated by, let me know, or not.. I don't care HAHA.

Do not recommend. The nail tech was rude, the job was terrible and way overpriced. It’s been less than a month and the nails have chipped. The gel was put right up against of the nail bed so as they are growing out there is a lift that now catches on everything! Also, the right size nail tips were not used, way too wide. Filing and shaping left something to be desired. If I could’ve left a zero star rating I would’ve.

The worst nail experience! Zero stars... unsanitary place. Got finger infection. Nail broke the same day. Unprofessionally done. Complete waste of time and money! 60$ for simple refill.
