So hard to get in touch with anyone and you need to get angry for any response, this place is worse than cibc and I thought they were bad probably going back to TD . Disappointed and frustrated at the slow pace and lack of customer service especially when we were told they were there to help did not keep their word, what's the point in a home branch if you have to just call the 1800 number?

I been calling the branch manager and the assistant manager for over a week and not one time has anyone answered the phone or returned my message. I decided to go in to find out what happened to my cheque that was issued 3 week prior and the customer service representative told me that the cheque must have been lost even though it was received and signed for by one of the representative at the location. They took no ownership and placed all the blame on my insurance company and Purolator. No apology was ever given. I will no longer be doing anymore business with BMO

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This bank is an absolute joke. Can’t get ahold of anyone. And when we do get through and leave a message for Mandy to call us back she never does. Disgusting how they treat their clients. We’re going elsewhere.

I lost my debit card I went to the Montreal Bank Sandalwood parkway branch The bank employee greeted me Sabrina, whom I saw for the first time, solved the problem very quickly and gave me my new card. She was very professional. Thank you so much. I would also like to thank the other bank employees who were not at the Bank that day, Zuzette and Keva, for their usual professional assistance.
