Nancy was the most enthusiastic and professional insurance specialist I ever dealt with. Super patient with my request and questions. The reason I went to Western Coast Insurance was distance as it’s literally 2 mins walking from my work place. However apparently the service I received was way exceeded expectations. Recommended!!

After over a decade of using this insurer with no claims we needed to use them for a flooded basement suite in Victoria. After being jerked around for several months, we decided to do the reno ourselves. This Spring they decided to raise our house insurance to $450 a month. Shopped around and now paying just over $100 per month - goodbye and good riddance Western Coast

Good place to go for insurance and renewal. I've been with Western Coast Ins. for 8 years, but this was the first time Gertrude Michener helped me with my renewal. She saves you time, because she explains things in a simple, straight-forward manner. And she doesn't try to upsell you, which is really important to me. She's delightful for an insurance rep., and it shows in her voice over the phone and her manner in person. In general, I have an extremely positive impression of this office, because of her and her colleagues. I will definitely be calling this office when it comes time for my next renewal. Best.
