Wait time was only 30 minutes and the officer was very polite! We were entering Canada to go visit Vancouver.

I am a Canadian PR for the past seven years and has crossed the US border multiple times prior to this. This gime I made a mistake by opting for this border over any other borders to cross to Canada from the United States. Shockingly, I faced a very disturbing time at the border and felt victimised. The officer had a very cocky, rude and pretentious attitude. Just kept on asking questions till he got to hear the kind of answer he wanted. I guess he totally judges people on the basis of race and colour. I repeatedly mentioned that I had gone to US to see places and shopping to which he was very disapproving. The officer was not at all welcoming and we had a very disappointing experience. Please use your authority wisely and treat everyone with respect.

Staff is very polite and good , plz remember who are completing they are CBSA there duties is to protect us , so Give Respect Take Respect , Hands up to Flagpole guys Please take your time because CBSA priority is Traveler so you need to give them more time you can wait upto 2-4 hours sometimes

------------------------------------ArriveCan app - beware its a total failure------------------------------------In july 2022 I travelled to canada at the aldergrove border crossing. It was a total diappoinment. I had already completed the ArriveCan app well in advance. I had uploaded all the documents and even carried a printout of the entry in the app.At the border crossing the office said that the app was not complete for my son and myself.Suddenly he asked us to go back to USA and complete the uploads and return back.I tried explaining to the officer that all the documents are uploaded and completed but he was not ready to listen.I went back to the USA border and checked the app and returned back to the canada border.This time it was a different officer and I had to explain the entire situation again to the officer.This was so stress ful experience. There was a glitch in the ArriveCan app due to which all these issues are happening.Nobody is checking these Arrivecan issues and its inconvenience for the travellers.Please beware this should not happen to others.

Really dodgy CBSA officers. Strip searches happen here on the average person they pull over the average joe. Strip search, dogs jumping up on you, shouting, lying to you in their dialogue, pat downs with zero consent, detaining everyone even Canadians.

uneducated mall cops super concerning behaviour from the Canadian border officers - stay silent and don't let them provoke you - it is clear they are provoking people intentionally to sadistically do nefarious things to human beings - not solving true crime make work projects happening here

The worst Border service ever! They are contributing to a bad impression of Canada. What a great Canada officers! BTW USA border officers made me good impression. They were very polite and did their job properly. Canada border officers have to learn from USA officers.

Our family crossed through this border to sight see Capilano Park. We were pulled in for background check and questioning. Not a pleasant experience. All that hassle just to see homeless smoking Crack in the open. Never again

We went there to flagpole my WP on a weekend. Border services were quite busy and may be they were understaffed. But anyways the officers were quite amicable and got the work done with less hassle! Overall it was a good experience!
