Giz Wiz Phone & Electronic Repair

Chose Giz Wiz Based on Reviews and Price, but totally wasted my money and cost me a phone.My Galaxy 6s was working perfectly (Other than the battery life not being very good) when I dropped it off to have the battery replaced.They replaced the battery and the phone started randomly shutting off and there was a rattle inside the phone, which they said was the camera.They then worked on the camera and re-glued something on the front and, now:1. The lower touch screen does not work well (You have to push real hard)2. The camera will not focus3. The phone still randomly shuts off – it will only stay on for a few minutes4. The battery or something else in the phone is still moving and rattling around. it wont even charge unless you shake it just right so the battery must not be connect properly.So I went from a phone that did not have good battery life, but worked great otherwise, to a phone that is not useful at all.Giz Wiz has not stood by their work.

This is a small business but the small business are the best ones...because they take the time to listen to detail as well as get the job done I recommend this place if you need an electronic fixed ...

A little frustrating trying to get a hold of them when they had my computer. Once it was fixed it worked fine but probably wouldn't go back. I would love if they had a better way of communicating and a staff member that could answer my questions when the boss was away. I have faith that they can improve and i wish them the best.They replaced my hp computers power input thingy.
