A gem. My family have been going here for years. I even have my friends going here as well. It is very rare to find such honest mechanics! Basil & co. will let u know what’s best for your car; Give u advice so u can save on parts if need be; won’t rip you off; will let you know what is going on!

Well I went there for a set of winter tires, that was a week ago. They told me that they had to order them in so i said fine & left my Name , ph# with the gentleman at the desk. I went back a few days later after NOT receiving a call back from anyone, & they still didn't gave my tires...it's now approaching 2 weeks & still no call & no tires. The place seems friendly enough(the guys that work there) & it is always busy when I've gone...But the SERVICE ITSELF I can't say high about it because I only needed 2 tires & like I said almost 2 weeks now & not even a pho e call to let me know anything. They are friendly, and courteous but I think with this place maybe they are just Toooooo BUSY" & so maybe they shouldn't take on new customers if they can't serve them in a timely manner."

Had issues with my car and was searching and searching for a good mechanic as I never had problems before. I came across BG on a Facebook group and I decided to check Google for more reviews. All were good so i called and was giving a similar estimate that I got from another company.I decided to go with my guy and go here. I took a star off because when I got there I waited for about 15 mins before anyone noticed me and asked if I was taken care of. I do understand that people gets busy. But maybe have a receptionist to meet and greet the customers. Especially new ones, first impression is everything.When he did notice me he did acknowledge me and it was very pleasant from there. He’s very transparent with his quote and not very pushing to try to upsell you.I felt comfortable and I’d definitely go back. I never had a mechanic before and I think from now on I’ll take my car here for service(unless I get another reason for now going back).If you’re looking for a mechanic I’d definitely try this place.If anything changes I’ll definitely her back to update this review.

I have been going to Basil for many years, and he is truly one of the best and honest mechanic I have ever known. He will always be my mechanic, no matter where I have moved to, if my car needs to be checked out, I will make my way down to him. You will be happy with his work, worth every penny paid to his team.

I came here to get repairs on my car on a Saturday morning as soon as they open and it was already busy. I asked if they could do the repairs on my car and they said they would try for me to leave the car as they already had a line up. They finished my car at about 3:00 just before closing. I would definitely recommend that an appointment is made before coming as they are very busy. You can provide your own parts and have them install them. They had needed to replace additional parts on my vehicle and they had called me before doing it and also told me the price so I would be blindsided at the end which is great! The staff are all friendly except for the lady at the front desk. When I was ready to pay she was giving me a lot of attitude when taking my information. Also I had called to ask if my car was ready and she put me on hold for more than 20 mins I just decided to hang up and call again, she also was a bit rude with her tone of voice as well.

Came here to get my rear wiper fix. I thought it needed a new motor and i was ready to pay for it. Turned that was not the issue and the guy that helped me fixed it right away. Also, he didn’t charge me for that quick fix which is amazing. Very honest people.I definitely recommend this to everyone.

I love BG Auto.I always go there with the expectations high. I have never been disappointed to date. Very courteous and excellent customer service.

I came here this morning to get car filters and felt comfortable.I was charged 65% less than what Mr. Lube wanted to charge me. As a woman that does not know/nor care to know about cars, I appreciate them.I also had the cover of my gas outlet that had came off sitting in the car, forgot to mention it to them and they put it back for me.Definitely decided to leave a review because I hate the feeling of being ripped off. I believe I have found my personal mechanics and I’m grateful.
