This place exceeded our expectation in each and every way, we stayed at their Sherbourne Street property, and everything was just like the pictures, Sue and Emil were great hosts. I can only dream of having such an experience. Best value for money in downtown with the best view ever.If its your first landing or you are just doing a soft landing, you can trust both of them with eyes closed, send the payment and they will ensure you have a smooth experience.

Dear Emil & Sue, Me along with my family stayed at your place for over 1 month. Before checking in to your place,I was worried about everything starting from the security to cleanliness to transit. But I am so happy to say that the moment we stepped in , we felt like we were home. The place was no less than a five star hotel suit, with the super functional kitchen( very well equipped with all sorts of utensils cutlery, bake ware) There was a fully stocked linen closet with an array of towels and bed sheets and extra duvets.The washrooms were well functional ans very clean. The beds were super comfortable and both the bedrooms came nightstands and a dresser. The living room was cozy, so was the dining area and the extra work space just made it even better. The balcony has great view, and the entire apartment gets a lot of natural sunlight which made our stay even more joyous.The building security is really good so are the neighbors. The best part of the building is that it is adjacent to the nearest subways station and grocery. we liked the house so much that it felt really sad to leave the apartment. Given a chance i will definitely recommend this place to everyone, because this place has absolutely no errors. I wish Emil & Sue all the best, the amount of comfort you all have ensured us during our stay, no words can actually do justice.Ayemaan

I had a great time staying with Emil & Sue. The apartment was very comfortable, super clean and had everything I needed. Plus the location is extremely convenient, near transit and a lot of stores. The building is connected to a mall which means you don't even need to go outdoors for shopping. Very recommended for long stays in Toronto!

I stayed in this is apartment for six weeks. It was extremely well presented and fully equipped for a medium-long term traveller like myself who likes to cook. Subway station is right below the apartment and the range of restaurants and shopping options are excellent. The apartment was very well cleaned and all amenities were available. Emil and Sue are truly super hosts. There were minor issues which I reported and they kindly attended to them. I will be visiting Toronto on business and would definitely stay here again if it is available. Highly recommended for future travelers. Well done guys.

We had an amazing two-month stay in a lovely apartment in a great location. The subway station is really close. The bus stops right in front of the building. FreshCo and Shoppers Drug Mart are right at the building’s doorstep. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a long term stay. Also, whenever we had a request from Emil & Sue, we had our answer right away. This place is highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment, all amenities included, close to most of the restaurents and stores. Sue has amazing throughout my stay! Very approachable and accommodating! Will definitely come again!

Wonderful experience with Olivia's Housing! Stayed for a month at their Sherbourne condo which was spotless, comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a short term stay. The apartment is lovely and is perfect for a stay in downtown Toronto. It’s perfect location makes it very easy to visit most of the tourist attractions. It is conveniently located with easy access to a lot of things and makes your stay truly fantastic. The hosts are super and make things really easy for u. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely want to come back and stay at the same place.

I stayed with Olivia's Housing for 2 months in between my transition to the city and finding a new home. I had an amazing experience with the company; nothing was too much trouble and they were such lovely people to deal with. If there a question, query or problem, Olivia's Housing were quick to respond/rectify. The apartment that I stayed in was absolutely gorgeous - a great location in the city within walking distance to shops and public transport. I'd also like to note that they're prices are fair and reasonable; you get more than your moneys worth! I honestly cannot say enough good things about Olivia's Housing and Sue and Emil. I was so happy in my temporary home that I actually didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!!

Emil & Sue’s place is just fantastic. Just as advertised and in fact it gets better when you see the view. I stayed for a month and everything was provided to enjoy a comfortable stay. Sue was great with communication and prompt to address any concerns (which there were none of because they’ve managed to thoughtfully put everything together). Would definitely recommend anyone to trust them with your accommodation because you’ll have no regrets. Will definitely stay again when I’m around. Thank you Emil & Sue
