Sherry was very personable and friendly. Gave me an estimate which came in less than quoted. Plus, she said it would be a few days but it was ready the next morning. She called me first thing the next day to let me know. Have passed their number to my friend. Definitely recommend Vern Glass!

Very helpful and a great price!

Ordered 3 pieces of tempered glass from this place, They told me 2-3 weeks for delivery. I received it just after 8 weeks. They did not follow up or contact me at anytime. I constantly had to hound them for the order. When it finally showed up they did not give me a deal at all for all the hassle, I had to pay full price. Put my project behind for weeks, these guys are not reliable and don't care about the customer. I would not recommend this place. Should not even get 1 star.

These people are beyond unprofessional. The owner is an older man who leaves a woman in charge of the telephones and ordering intake.I needed a piece of glass, I called an asked how do I provide them with my order, measurements etc. It was a dodgy call that had me kind of sitting back like seriously?"

Owner specially the lady is rude, disrespectful, fraudulent and charge dodgy prices.Warning:Be very aware, the lady at front desk who's daughter of owner, does not hesitate to play gender card and harass you to call for cops or shout at you and ask to leave the shop if you catch these people during deceitful services.Stay safe!

I don't think the lady behind the counter has had a single day of customer service training in her life. She was great at telling me what they couldn't do and why they couldn't do it. I would be more likely to use them if she had just given me the middle finger when I walked in.

Called and told the woman on the phone that I wanted to place an order for custom glass for a sidelight for my front door. She says okay, followed by about a minute of silence. Assuming she was getting set up in her computer or something, I didn’t say anything until she finally says “I’m going to need dimensions if you want to place an order” in the rudest tone I’ve ever heard from someone I’m trying to bring business to. I tell her the width and height of the glass then she asks me to measure the total thickness from exterior pane of glass to interior. I tell her it’s 7 inches. She says impossible. I ask her again to clarify what she’s wanting me to measure and then confirm it is 7 inches. Then she says “you’re obviously not understanding” as if she’s a fountain of knowledge and I’m stupid. She was extremely condescending, rude and quite honestly miserable. Decided to take my business elsewhere. And surprise, it is 7 inches…

Placed my order Monday it was ready Thursday, i bought a custom size glass for the top of a dresser, $100 for 55x19 with polished edgesI would buy from again
