Went in with my dad to look in to getting him some new pants and a coat. I believe the customer representative who assisted us was named Antonio. Excellent excellent service, he was able to suggest styles and sizes and my dad left with some great new clothes. Pants and coat were both altered in store and are perfect. We had such a great experience here.

Every time I visit the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly during my shopping experience. Langford is exceptionally knowledgeable and has recently helped me in picking out suits and a tuxedo for my wedding and groomsmen. I cannot recommend Henry Singer enough. Best menswear and suits in Edmonton and the Alberta region!

I've been shopping here for 3 years now, and it's the only place I will buy my clothes. Bryan is the guy to see! Very knowledge, no pressure and always makes suggestions with a garment that you may not see yourself in. He gives his honest advise and that's hard to find now a days.Everyone at the store is very friendly and always greeting the people walking in! Hands down the best high end shop in Edmonton.

I've been seeing these guys for a few years now and I have to say they have treated me really, really well. I have a job where it's necessary for me to be dressed up in a business suit (plus, I like nice suits!), and it's hard for me to find stuff that fits. It's a real relief to me to be able to deal with quality people who help me choose and will be honest about what looks good and what doesn't. They've never let me go without being 100% satisfied with their service. I am really appreciative for all their help in building out my wardrobe and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody I know.

If you are looking for a high end great quality suit you need to stop by here at Henry singer downtown. Ask for Langford, he was amazing to deal with. Langford is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing when it comes to getting you into the right suit. The store is great it’s nice and clean, the staff are very friendly. No pressure at all here they make you feel comfortable I just put my suit on and I’m happy as ever !! Great customer service I will be returning once I need a new one!

I am very impressed with the extraordinary customer service Sonny and HS has provided.I needed a suit for my reception and through PBHL I was referred to Sonny. He invited me in to take advantage of the made to fit sale, however the timeline was very short and we were told the suit would not be able to be made in time. However with persistency Sonny was able to call in a favor and have the suit tailor to agree to make the suit and deliver it on an extremely short turn around. On top of that Sonny was able to get slight alterations done in one day. The suit turned out stellar.I am very grateful for his help and I would highly reccomend going to him for all your suit needs. He provides over the top customer service.

After offering to take in the back of my new ($1200) suit, they reassured me they would leave all the extra fabric and that the operation would be completely reversible.Well, after making significant progress in the gym, my tailor revealed to me that they cut off every millimeter of extra fabric, for no reason.These dishonest idiots massively shortened the useful life of my favorite suit through their incompetence and false promises.

Truly amazing experience! The staff were super helpful with finding me the perfect graduation suit on very short notice! I am truly thankful for all of their help, and a special thank you to Sonny for making sure everything went smoothly! I Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic establishment. Attention to detail is what comes to mind when shopping here. I have shopped here for the last 10yrs and all the sales professionals there have provided great suggestions without ever being pushy. They are great at identifying your personal style but subtly encouraging you to go outside of your traditional comfort zone to try other items. Tony, the gentleman who has tailored many items for me over the years is a delight to work with, but also a genuine master of his trade. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My Fiance and I stopped by the shop and noticed the only customers that were inside had just left. A sales rep came to the door and asked us if we had an appointment, we told him we did not, but that we noticed the sign stated we could come in if there was availability. He asked in a rather aggressive and condescending tone what we wanted. We told him we were looking to purchase a suit for our wedding. He promptly asked when it was, and we told him it is a ways out, however we do not have a ton of additional time as my fiance works out of town. As soon as he heard the date, he rolled his eyes and in an exasperated tone told us we have 2 seasons left..then, without any attempt to even book us an appointment, which we would have been willing to do, he closed the door and locked it behind him, staring at us as he locked it. Very unimpressed with the lack of service and attempt at accommodation we received that day.
