Sentry Concrete Solutions

I am VERY unhappy with the work this company provided at my mother's house. She called to have the walkway that runs beside the house lifted as the concrete pathway was beginning to slope towards the house. My mom was scared the water would soon run into the house with severe rain or melting snow. They came out and attempted to raise the concrete. After being charged +$3000 by this company the walkway looks worse than it did before they came out. My 78 year old mother has to now shovel the pooled water every time it rains just so she won't run the risk of water coming into the house. She called to get her money back and they wouldn't give her money back, but promised to come out and fix the problem. That was 2 months ago, and we haven't seen or heard from them since. They took advantage of a senior. I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS COMPANY.

Dealing with this company was simple and easy. They delivered based on the time that said they would and were super responsive with my initial inquiry. We are really happy with the concrete leveling on our driveway. I would use them again 100%

Had a shifted sidewalk slab adjusted and could not be more happy with the results. The process was a lot simpler than expected and waaay less expensive than replacing the whole thing. Very happy with Myron and his team on my pathway and driveway levelling project. After contacting him, he arrived promptly, provided options for me to consider, a detailed overview of how the work is done, and an equally detailed estimate. A solid warranty for the work they do was also appreciated. The technicians arrived when they said they would, were professional, courteous and worked hard. On completion, they showed me the results and patiently answered my questions. The results exceeded my expectations.Would definitely recommend.

My front steps were sinking and allowing water into the garage when it rained. I requested a quote and quickly heard back and had arrangements for a team to come and work on it. They worked hard, and were very kind and did an excellent job. Today was finally a good enough rain to test if water could still be going to the garage and it's not. 10/10, thanks guys!

We had Sentry come in and level our basement floor. They did a great job. Myron was quick to respond to our request. The crew was very professional and courteous. The results are great. The price was very reasonable. A lot less work and cost to removing and pouring new section of floor. Highly recommend Sentry.

The free estimate was very good. They where professional and helpful. They didn't try to get us / push us to buy something that wouldn't work for us. Ultimately it wasn't the solution to our problem and they said that, so we didn't use there service but star customer service.

Sentry lifted our front and side walk way and backyard concrete porch. They did a really great job. Guys worked hard. Very professional. Much better than trying to replace the concrete. I have no hesitation about recommending them.
