Yikes! The nasty replies on reviews from the owner are extremely unprofessional. I've also had over cooked pretzels on the outside that weren't quite cooked on the inside. It DOES happen and you should be responding in a professional manner.Being rude doesn't help the situation and makes people want to avoid business who are run by mean owners.

Purchased two pretzels from this location and they were rock hard and covered in butter didn’t feel well after eating them wouldn’t come back. Seemed as though they might have been sitting there all day.

So Good! I love these things and I'm tempted every single time I'm in the mall. Other people must feel the same because there is always a line up for this place. They smell so good its hard not to stop and grab one.

All I want are cheese sticks.They're back on the menu but the ladies who work here refuse to make them. I've gotten them once from a nice boy there, but the women refuse!If it's on your menu, you should have them!

How many times now have I stopped by to pick up a pretzel dog only to get a blank stare from the cashier and “we don’t have any”. What does that even mean?? You’re a pretzel kiosk, with a limited menu. Why are there NEVER any pretzel dogs??? Was told it would be 30 minutes in a very disinterested tone. It’s dinner time!!! Get on it!!! Whatever. Done with this place.

Amazing customer service! The employees working last Friday were excellent! I was greeted with all smiles and not only were they quick to take my order but i got my pretzel really quickly despite the busy line they had. Way to go John and Angela! Great employees and fast service! :)

These treats are tasty, however, we didn't get served. We walked away after waiting some time because the person working at Jugo Juice (their shop neighbour) was more important to serve.There's also only one person who apparently works the till, because the employee who was making 30 pretzels while there was 2 people in line couldn't take an order. The other person was doing whatever else they could in the back, not serving.

All I wanted was fresh pretzels half hour before they closed I could see the cups where stale since I work across the way she refused to make a new cup by and tried to convince me they where fresh by pressing on the bread . I turned around disappointed
