You guys really don't know how to pick up a phone.

Dr Kim was kind, sympathetic, & very understanding. I cannot comprehend the negative reviews I've seen on Google - Dr Kim was lovely & made me feel very comfortable. Detailed explanations & thorough questions. She could not have been nicer - I would highly recommend consulting with her for hand pain/injuries. Jennifer, the receptionist, was also very helpful & thorough regarding x-ray requirements. Excellent experience all round.

I wish I could give a 0 star rating. This is the second time I’ve been to Trillium and have been misdiagnosed and mistreated for an injury. I now require a serious surgery to repair. If Sharon Kim listened to my concerns at the onset instead of just dismissing them and then immediately trying to refer me to another useless specialist at Trillium, I would have been 100% healed by now. Instead, she rushed me into a cast in the wrong position causing greater harm to my wrist, just to keep the line of patients revolving in and out of there. I will have now basically lost a year of my life or more trying to make this right. While I am glad I found my own specialist that is caring and knowledgeable, I wish I would have done it sooner to avoid these surgeries altogether. Do yourself a favour, and skip Sharon Kim and Trillium Hospital altogether if you have a specialized injury.

I will always be grateful to dr Sharon Kim. She perform and operation in my right hand which relieved me for any pain I was feeling. Prior to the operation I was taking ibuprofen and other painkillers, to be able to sleep at night, for 5 years. I was developing ulcer in my stomach. I could feel it burning many times through the day. I was miss diagnose by other hand doctor in Argentina, but she found the root cause of my issue. One bone in my hand had a shadow, apparently a part of the bone was missing. She performed a bone graft which solved the issue. Thank you so much.

She performed my pinky finger surgery, never told me before or after that, I will never be able to close. Was a fracture. This was done when she was practicing in brampton civic and her office then on queen street. She don't even deserve 1 star. Think twice before surgery with this butcher

I went to see Dr Kim at the suggestion of an orthopedic surgeon because I had torn a tendon in my thumb. Jenny in the office responded promptly to all my calls, and set up the consult with Dr Kim, who was obviously knowledgeable in her field. Due to the Covid issue, I could not get the surgery done by Dr Kim, however, she called me personally, and apologized that she was not able to do the surgery. I have NEVER had a physician call me to tell me that they were sorry that they could not help, even though the delay was obviously not within her control. My experience with Dr Kim and Jenny has been outstanding

Thanks to Dr Kim I recover my hand , I had Carole tunnel and trigger finger so I was handicap in my right hand . She did an amazing surgery . Now I’m able to move my hand like before

I went to Trillium hospital in the emergency ward after my family doctor recommended to remove a splinter in my left thumb asap. After initial diagnosis, I was referred to Dr Sharon at 150 Sherway Drive. Unfortunately, this was my first discriminatory experience in Canada. After waiting for a long time, I reached the operation room, where Dr Sharon Kim was repetitively asking me about my country of birth and last name origin, indirectly asked about my religion, where do I work stereotype questions and based on that she diagnosed my case as not urgent. Even though, the previous two doctors had diagnosed this as emergency. She didn't seem knowledgeable, despite having an ultrasound in front of her and asked me to come after three hours after being in the operation room and already waiting for about two hours. Please safe yourself from Dr Sharon Kim.

I have been trying to contact this offie for past one week yet no call was returned and everytime i call noone ever seems to pick up always goes to voice mail!!!! Although i left few voice mails few days apart yet no call returned finally asked my doctor to send my referral else ever. I felt neglected from this office.
