Go into ask about a screen on a Samsung Galaxy flip 3 said the Masonville store can fix it call that store and get told they can’t do it cause they don’t have a special jig for it I was either lied to or just they don’t know anything very unprofessional

I needed to recover all data that existed on my phone and also needed to have a phone that works properly, at a reasonable price ofcourse! My iPhone 12 was heavily damaged due to falling on it, Ethan went through several possibilities in a clear manner, the next day I brought in an iPhone 11 Pro Max with a damaged screen, Ethan replace the screen on the iPhone 11 and was able to back the iPhone 12 to the iCloud, then transferred the data to the iPhone 11 in the same day, quick service, knowledgeable and great price! 2 stars.And that’s only for the friendliness. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable however they should begin by charging people for diagnostics instead of full price up front.I paid $202 dollars up front to fix an iPad — as I was told it was an easy fix & it ended with me not ever getting the iPad back because it was toast. Or my $200 dollars.I am annoyed I paid that amount for absolutely nothing.
