J'ai eu un accident et le véhicule a été réparé chez Carstar. Les employés ont fait un travail remarquable. Ils sont courtois et professionnel. Employé minutieux. Recommande de prendre rendez-vous avec l'établissement.

Carstar surpassed all my expectations. The service and quality were impressive; the body work and paint jobs were just... perfect. I have a keen eye for dents and scratches: Carstar brought me relief :)

Carstar technicians were friendly and helpful, but the service here otherwise was a mess. When they finally booked me in for an estimate on my car, the loaner they provided was almost double the age of my 7-year-old car. Fine - it was old - but it also sounded like it was falling apart when going around curves and smelled of stale cigarettes. I immediately drove back to the business and they told me they were aware of the issue, but there was nothing they could do. They promised to have my (drivable but damaged) car back to me within 3 days. After 3 weeks and 3 unanswered voicemails, I *finally* reached someone who told me that my car was still in pieces at an external contractor they had sent it to. To their credit, they got it back to me the next day. But clearly they are not well organized. If I were looking to have an auto repair done, I'd look elsewhere.

Très bel acceuil, explique bien les procédures,et les délais pour assurances et réparations ,voit avec vous votre véhicule. La voiture de courtoisie était déjà prête pour moi, nous avons fait le tour pour indiquer les petits dommages-intérêts sur la voiture avant que je parte en avec.Ma voiture à été prête avant le temps prévu.Ma voiture à été nettoyé à l'intérieur. Très apprécié.Je recommande cet endroit.Merci aux employés, à tous ceux qui ont travaillé sur ma voiture.
