Ronny was prompt (a few minutes early, in fact) for our appointment to fix or replace the door knob on the side door to our garage. I assumed it would be an expensive replacement job, but he merely fixed it in a few minutes time.For the time and quality the rate was very reasonable and would recommend Ronny to anyone and everyone.

We asked Ronny, always a gentleman, to replace the locks on all four of our exterior doors. He arrived punctually, with a friendly smile and a handshake, and proceeded immediately with the assignment. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he did a wonderful job of cleaning up the small amount of debris from his work. Before he left, he made sure that both my wife and I understood the functioning of the new locks. In short, Ronny was, and is, the consummate professional. We recommend him without any reservation.

Called, asked some questions trying to get a rough quote. He did give me what they charge for certain things but when I asked about a rough ballpark amount he got very short with me and rude. I was nothing but professional and nice to him so it was very uncalled for. If this is what he is like on a simple phone call I can only imagine the quality of work.

We called several companies, and Ronny was able to be there quicker than anyone else. We highly recommend using his company . Ronny is very professional, polite, courteous, and very efficient. We explained that we wanted every lock keyed the same, even though they were different brands. He matched all the knobs to each other. It is perfect.
