CSN Brimell Paint and Collision Center

Very pleased with the service. We left our vehicle(hyundai Elantra) for a body repair, and got it back within two weeks as promised. We could not be more happier. the vehicle was in impeccable condition inside and out, they even detailed the vehicle for us!! On top of that they even added wheel lock nuts for the dealership to install free of charge. I would highly recommend using Brimell for all your body work needs. The insurance covered the cost of the repair, but even if they don't you will not be disappointed!!

My sincere thanks to everyone at Brimell Paint and Collision Centre, especially Wayne who was such a pleasure to deal with. When I picked up my truck it looked brand new inside and outside. Amazing job! Fantastic experience!

Bunch of crooks the guy name Wayne in the repair shop full of lie and manipulative no ethics. When you leave the vehicle there for repair unnessary delays then we endup dealing with Toyota Canada after Toyota Canada interference no excuses for them to keep the vehicle so they repair and return it but most of the parts they charged wasn't change at all . One other thing Insurance companies should stop referring this guys for service. Now i want to return the lease they are telling the value of the vehicle reduce due to repairs then why are we repairing in the dealership . It's a full swing of scam in the end we lost money everywhere. The GM of the brimell toyota Jeff Boomer advised me to give it on auction so i could gain atleast 40% of the vehicle value gouger. Please my advise is don't take the vehicle to Brimell Toyota or CSN Brimell Paint and Collision Center. Total scammers.Big red flag.

Because I had such a great experience with CSN Brimell 2 months ago under my car insurance, I went back to CSN Brimell for a different problem out of my own pocket. The estimate that they gave me was very reasonable. The team which consisted of Shane McDonnell, Nelson, Wayne, and other technicians provided superb service to me. They were thorough in their diagnosis of the problem, and fixed the problem based on their assessment. They were also very accommodating to my needs. They were willing to drive me to and pick me up from where I needed to be while my car was being fixed. I highly recommend CSN Brimell to anybody who needs a fantastic body shop with excellent service and wonderful workmanship for their vehicles.

Came in to do some cosmetic work on the car. Work was not completed on time. When I took the car in they wrote on a paper how many km the car came in at. That paper disappeared when I came to collect the car and it had several hundred extra km on it later. Be very careful at this place

I unfortunately had to bring my car in for repairs/paint and I wanted to get 'er done properly and without any further issues. Instead of bringing my vehicle in to (with all due respect) a Mama & Papa shop, I decided to look for a reputable and proper shop near my office (Scarborough).I'm extremely glad that I did. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named Wayne (service advisor), and after only a little bit, Wayne and I both landed on a number which I was satisfied with.Everybody I've encountered at CSN Brimell has been proper and polite. It's obvious that they understand that us customers would rather not be there to begin with, so I noticed that although their happy attitude is over-the-top, it's actually nice to encounter this kind of service when dealing with stuff like involuntarily needing the fix your car.Wayne had also set me up with a fair deal" for a rental car from Enterprise

My brand new car got stolen after I took it to this servicing Center. I had a dent in the rear end of the car, they took the vehicle inside for 25 minutes to check the dent in the back which was clearly not necessary. My car got stolen within a few days after I gave my details and booked an appointment for fixing the dent. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!

Had my RAV4 repaired. Can’t say enough about the level of service from Wayne, Dave and their staff. Wayne arranged everything, spoke to my insurance company. Pick up/drop off and rental couldn’t have been smoother. When I picked up my vehicle they had detailed the interior! I couldn’t believe how beautiful it looked. Such a beautiful surprise. The bodywork is perfect , looks brand new.Anytime my husband or I have taken our RAV4’s for bodywork or replacing a screw to tack up a shield, Wayne has always helped us with nothing but courtesy. I’ve used other body shops but never received this level of customer service.

Our Toyota Corolla was rear ended by a truck while waiting for the traffic light to turn green on December 8 , 2022.Having had a very good previous experience with Brimell Toyota Service Department , we recommended their Collision Center for the rear bumper job to our Insurance Company. When we picked up the car we noticed a minor problem but Gus Stavropoulos CSN Collision Operations Manager reached out to us and rectified the problem to our satisfaction.Gus is a very pleasant, honest individual whom you can trust.We were happy to meet him. The staff especially Shane and Wayne are also very polite and easy to deal with.We plan to use their service in the near future and we can highly recommend them to anybody who need a perfect repair job.

Wayne at the autoshop at Brimell Toyota is a very decent and polite person. He is very professional and knowledgeable . He is very helpful and takes care of the client well. He confirmed to me that my car will be fixed completely and he kept his promise. I asked him about the alignment if my car after the repair. He said he took care of that. I received my car today and I hope that there will be no problems arising after the repair. I was informed that there is a warranty for the repair.Thank you Wayne
