Worst receptionists and front desk staff for any clinic in the tri city area. These ladies are rude, lazy, and just incompetent. Never expect them to have your test reports provided to the doctor themselves. They never pick up the phone. You can dial in, walk to the clinic and see them chilling and ignoring the phone.2.5 * for the doctors since they are only about process and paperwork, no compassion or empathy to the patient.

I have received outstanding care from Dr. Ableman and his amazing staff since this office opened in the Tri-Cities. This team has worked diligently over the years to ensure that all their services are delivered with professionalism. An anomaly in a routine ECG led to a specialist referral from Dr. Ableman. I was fortunate that the end result is an anomaly. In Dr.Ablemans rate scenes other professionals in this office have stepped up to assist with the workload. Outstanding location for your healthcare needs.

I have been seeing Dr Ableman since 2016. I also was able to see him during all my prenatal visits with both my kids and now as they grow up, they will continue care through him. We find Dr Ableman to be a very calm and easy going Doctor. The receptionists are amazing as well. Nothing but a great experience.

This is my doctor's office and today I had the worst experience I called there yesterday and was told to walk in at 9:00 am as a walk in and so we did just that and then was told we are full Google some where else to go and I was upset this is for my 9 year old son who is in pain and my husband go's in there and their is another lady that said I can have a Dr call you at 1 pm.Now would that have been so hard for her to have siad that to me I guess it was for her I am not impressed at all very disappointed.PS my Doctor is amazing that is why I go here he delivered my son.

Reception is trashhhhhhhh specifically the Caucasian lady with the curly/wavy hair. She is so rude!! I called 7 times and was on hold for over an hour at least twice. I expressed I called many times but no one answered and she told me they’re all on the phones on other calls but literally not a single person was on the phone when I entered and for the whole duration I was there. She Cuts u off, doesn’t even let you get a word out. Contradicts everything she is saying. Made me feel like she didn’t want to deal with me at all. I was just asking for information on when they take walk ins as they are a walk in clinic but apparently only on certain days. It didn’t state this anywhere online. She was so negative and off putting! It felt like she was excited to almost decline me as a patient. She is super condescending and I don’t feel this is the right field for her because she has one of the worst behaviours I have ever come across. It feels like she doesn’t even enjoy being there!! It’s so sad to feel that from someone who is in a field that is supposed to empathize and CARE for you. Another female staff member wearing all black (maybe a dr. Idk) then included herself into our conversation labelling me. She called me rude however she was only there for the end of the conversation where rightfully anyone would be rude back to the type of negative, disruptive behaviour produced by that nurse. Just super unprofessional! It’s really unfortunate these r the people we are supposed to trust. Normally I’m good at not letting negative experiences affect me, however this was totally uncalled for. I will be reporting her behaviour to the nurse manager. She could’ve made both our experiences pleasant by using a positive approach. I hope she changes her approach to others in the future.

I was very lucky that when I was advised to have an issue physically examined in 24-48 hours that I was able to get a same day walk-in appointment. The thing I'd really like to highlight is that I felt heard by everyone I interacted with at Foothills Medical Clinic. That has not always been my experience and I often dread having to make appointments and see doctors. This is partly because I'm scared and partly because when I get an appointment, I end up feeling like an item on a to-do list that needs to be rushed through. It was so reassuring and calming to feel heard by the front staff and Dr. Azer that day. I felt my issue was taken seriously and I really appreciated that they took an approach to my care that involved ruling the really scary thing out. When it comes down to it, I felt incredibly cared for during my time booking an appointment and when I was in the clinic. Thank you for taking a scary situation and making it feel okay!

They will cancel appointments without telling you or giving you any updates. You can try and call reception and get an update but without much luck. I let the phone ring for over 30 minutes and nobody answered. I tried all avenues that were offered on the phone line still nothing.

I saw Dr.Ubhi as a walk-in, he was dismissive, negligent and dishonest.He did not believe my positive pregnancy tests and denied me care as I was seeking an abortion. He also tried to lie about my in-clinic test result, just saying you're not pregnant." -until I pressed further what the result was. He told me it was "slight

I just had the best telephone booking experience with Nicole at the front desk. She was extremely helpful - located a form that I needed, followed up with the doctor and called me back within an hour. Thank you so much!
