I recently moved here from BC! WOW fantastic vet and fantastic team! They make you feel like family. Friendly and VERY thorough with your fur babies❤️ Thank you for such kind amazing service!I want to update my post! I am so thankful for this team! They are so great with my two girls. My one dog has suffered with a thyroid condition for years. At one point she was 128lbs (Weimaraner) the whole team here has been committed to helping my beautiful girl lose weight. We have tried different levels of medication and different types of food. With their ongoing help we have FINALLY found the perfect mix for her and I am happy to say she is 106lbs. She is happy, full of life and quite honestly both my girls Silver and Sterlyn love going to this practice. Thank you so much all of you from the bottom of my heart. It is wonderful to see my beautiful girl have energy again❤️ My vet in BC told me that is who she is….guess what it isn’t ❤️

This is Luna. She went to Fairvale to be spayed and left with a broken spine, paralyzed and incontinent. No one at Fairvale has has the DECENCY or RESPECT to admit or even apologize for what happened to Luna while in their care. The disregard they showed Luna's owner should be a warning to other pet owners to STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My animals have been treated at this Clinic since 2007. Dr Adams has always gone above and beyond for my animals. I am very grateful that she is our veterinarian❤️

They refused to help my dog pass away. I called asking for help. I stated that it had to be that day because my dog was suffering, the receptionist asked Does it have to be today?" My dog was dying and needed help immediately. I found it completely insensitive. I will never use this vet again and have told everyone of my experience. Thankfully I found another vet who showed my family compassion and helped my dog to pass peacefully. Don't use this vet for anything. They don't care all they want to do is sell services that your dog doesn't need.I have no need to contact you. It is too late to make up for the pain you caused. You were able to find the records when I called. Trying to cover yourself for the poor and insensitive service."

I just moved here from ON. My fur baby Bella has skin problem from allergies. So l need to find a vet clinic ASAP. But most vet clinic refused to take new patients except here Fairvale clinic.Thank you very much to take care of my fur baby. Dr.Soucy was very kind and all staff were very nice.Thanks again♡♡♡

Thank you so much to fairvale animal hospital for taking us at short notice. We needed to get a rabies vaccination for our dog for travel back to the UK but required a lot of bespoke editing to the certificate to meet import requirements. The vet and reception staff took a lot of time with us to make sure all the information was recorded on the certificate as we needed. Super friendly staff! Thanks again

They are very caring but very expensive your wallet is half empty when you leave there

Great place for vet care. Every member of their staff is empathetic and caring.

They are amazing. Fairly priced and every single person seems to truly love animals and takes the time to give them a chat and scratch behind their ears. Soon before we had to put my cat down we had to take him there. He had to stay overnight he hated everyone in his last year. Yet he went straight to the vet when he was let out of the carrier. When we picked him up the next day he came straight to me. Then stepped back over to the attendant to get another little scritch behind the ears. Lovely experience at a very bad time. Today was just a blood test for my dog who loves everyone. They were still great

Very friendly and caring staff. We needed to find a vet after recently moving here and they provided a great experience for us and our dog, Koda.
