Rideau Town Dental Care
I have been going to this office since 2015. I was thrilled to learn about the new west end location which makes it convenient for my husband to have appointments. The staff are so friendly and really provide a warm welcome, despite me having a fear of the dentist. I always feel comfortable and I recommend this dental clinic to everyone who asks.

The best dentist I’ve been to!A warm, welcoming, and clean environment!Accommodating with appointments. I usually see Kristi at reception, she is wonderful! I’ve had nothing but amazing customer service each time!All the staff are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and kind.I’m typically nervous/anxious when I go to the dentist. They are thorough and do a great job at explaining each step to ease my anxiety! I can actually relax.My children were nervous for their first visits, but they look forward to their visits now! All the staff are great with children, especially Dr. Walid!Thank you for all the great dentist visits!

My experience at Rideau Town Dental was excellent. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Kristi on the front desk is fantastic and took care of everything when there were some issues with my insurance claim. I've also been very comfortable and pleased with the dental work.

Rideau Town Dental Care
This is the best dentist office I've been to. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. I'm getting more cleanings than I had at my previous dentist. For appointments it's great Kristi she takes care of all my benefits and knows what's covered. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that asks.

I have been a patient with the team at Rideau Town Dental for over 20 years now and can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Kristi is amazing!- very kind, courteous and accommodating. The hygienists and techs are professional and knowledgeable and the dentists are friendly and listen to your concerns and addresses them.

She is top notch, she makes the payment process smooth and easy as direct billing can be confusing and stressful. She always has a warm smile and is a pleasure to speak to. I always have a great experience with the dental hygienists, dentist's and of course Kristi at the front desk. The office is clean, friendly and welcoming. I just took my 4 year old for her first visit and she was understandably nervous. She was able to sit on my lap throughout her appointment and everyone was very gentle and sweet with her. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Staff were amazing with my 3 kiddos! They explained everything and were very sweet and gentle. I, personally found them very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Definitely will continue to go back to Rideau Town Dental Care in Gan!
